Well, Don Mattrick is no longer there.
And that's what the majority of gamers care about. VR will only attract the hardcore crowd and unless VR is completely mind blowing, well supported and AFFORDABLE to the casual gamer, it's going to flop.
Keep in mind, the Nintendo Wii only made it, because of the casual gamer. Those gamers didn't buy games and they didn't buy into the Wii U, sinking Nintendo. VR might be amazing and someday, it might be THE thing, but that day isn't today or any day soo...
I think a lot of people hit disagree just for the fun of it. Nerds, gamers.. for people so smart, there are a lot of immature minds leading the pack.
Charging to "rent" games we may already own for one thing, DVAcme. They also make PS+ a requirement to play the PS4 online, which I'm not complaining about, because I would have PS+ regardless for the free games, but even they have dropped in value on all fronts compared to what they were when Xbox wasn't doing it.
Like I said, it's a back and forth cycle of trying to win gamers over. Microsoft is taking the lead this year - rather they keep it, depend...
Too early to say. As I said last generation, Sony will win the current generation (PS4) if they learned their lesson and kept their egos in check, as Microsoft's ego will ultimately ruin them... and that's exactly how it went down. In the beginning.
Microsoft's ego blew the Xbox One's launch, but it humbled them quickly and they began listening to the gamers and after this Fall's update, Xbox One is looking more and more like the console to own.
...
Time will tell, but I'm saying it now... it'll flop.
It'll flop. Gimmick accessories have great hardcore gamer appeal.. in the beginning, but rarely go over well in the video game community. Gamers like basic and simple. That's why your basic controller is still the top accessory all these decades later.
The only question I have is who IS "Nathan Drake"? Since we were told that isn't even his real name in, I think, Uncharted 3.
I know of wives who deserve a good beating. I know most of us were raised to never lay a hand on a woman (and women know this and use it to their advantage), but you weren't there - don't know the situation. A man has every right to defend himself - that includes when being held against his will. I know guys who tried to walk away from an argument and the woman blocked their path; detaining them, forcing them to continue the argument. Sometimes it's best to walk away, calm dow...
I prefer Disney Infinity.
Consoles and PCs are merging more and more. I'm a console gamer, myself, but I'm not blind to see where the industry is heading.
I wonder how much people like her and Nolan North are bringing in with voice acting. I'd say it can't be too much, but there is so much work out there and they are in such high demand I'm betting they are making a nice living.
I use to love Bret, but after Montreal, he just wouldn't let it go and move on. He was so scared of not leaving WWE a "hero" that he ultimately ended up a "whiner" all on his own. And I'm glad he finally made amends and came back, but after all that time, all that whining and crying.. his glory days are dead, buried and burning in Hell.
I'd rather just get Ron Simmons with Farooq as an alternate costume/skin.
Only to older wrestling fans really. Times change, names come and go. Generations go by. There are a lot of people out there who think Lou Thesz and Bruno Sammartino are much bigger than Hogan. Some even Gorgeous George. Today's world, it's all about John Cena.
I only want Hogan, because they said we couldn't have Hogan. I never even played as him in WWE 2k15.
So much for 120 unique characters. 3 versions of Mick Foley. I'm sure Big Show will be in the game, but so is Paul Wight. It's one thing if these were just different SKINS of the same guy, but they can't be considered UNIQUE if it's the SAME GUY taking up slots that others could have taken.
Besides that complaint, it's shaping up to be a terrific roster with a lot of guys finally getting some video game love.
I've always believed that money can't buy happiness, but it helps.
It's a bit of everything that's NOT Call Of Duty and Battlefield. I'm not going to say it doesn't have my attention, but it's WAY too early to have an opinion.
"Current list". They are going to hold things back a bit even for those in the preview program. By November when this update rolls out, that list will have expanded and will only continue to grow.
