if you're curious about driving games on Kinect, there is a free demo available on XBL of JoyRide. but it sucks, so i wouldn't recommend it.
I'd like to have seen a Gears character (maybe cole train) in MK. I think he could be a dominate character with simple punch/kick moves and a gun. Plus he would have the lancer chainsaw fatality. It could've worked. I mean, it's not like Johnny Cage was some kind of super powered human being.
But my money is going on the PS3 version. Even if a guy like Cole Train was in the Xbox version, I cannot deny the God Of War.
I have both and I've enjoyed my Kinect much more than my Move. I like Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures, my daughter (who is only 3) enjoys those games, as well as Kinectimals, and my wife enjoys Dance Central. We also have Your Shape, which is a great fitness game.
I have a few and demoed many more Move games. The only ones currently out that I like are The Shoot and Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011.
So, for my family, Kinect wins.
What, no love for Kinect Sports boxing? Forget you guys.. It would be awesome to be able to duke it out with a virtual Mike Tyson, George Foreman or Muhammad Ali where your real punches have a virtual impact on some of the all-time great champs. Imagine HD graphics with surround sound broadcasting the roaring crowd reacting to every punch all around you. I'd buy that in a heartbeat!
Of course, I'd want the game to be more about strategy boxing than just throwing ...

interested, but after playing the awesome boxing in Kinect Sports, i want this game to support Kinect.
For the NOW, it's an awesome tattoo.. for the LATER, I'm not so sure. I mean, I just can't see Gears being too significant in 10, 20 or 30 years.. not like, say, Pac-Man, Mario or Donkey Kong has been. 20 years from now, if it brings a smile to the guy's face looking at it and thinking back at a time he (obviously) enjoyed playing Gears, then good for him. Otherwise, I think he should have just wore his love on a t-shirt.
I personally love the Kinect. Kinect Adventures and Kinect Sports are great games and I'm actually enjoying Kinect much more than the Playstation Move, but I have high hopes that both push their limits and bring us some great gaming experiences in the near and distant future.
As for the "fanboys," I have to ask.. are you in it for your console of choice or are you in it for the games?
So does this mean that hackers can exploit any multiplayer game ever released on the PS3, hence allowing cheating? If so, so much for fair competition on PSN.
Considering Cliffy B has said numerous times that Gears 3 would NOT support Kinect, I can't see them having Gears 1 and 2 supporting it. Ultimate will be a GOTY combo pack; nothing more.
Kinect's biggest flaw are these columnist that think it should be the 2nd coming of Jesus and trash it because it isn't.
Like with any new piece of tech, it's new.. give it time to shine.
when you say 2 Move remotes.. do you mean 2 remotes w/ the light ball at the end.. or the light ball remote and the navigation remote? i'm getting both for Christmas.. and reading these replies has raised my interest in picking up The Fight.
DCUO was one of the main reasons i picked up a PS3 (i don't do PC games), but after playing the beta, i just couldn't get into it.. so, i'm going to pass. i figure they'll discount DCUO pretty quick because of a subscription fee scaring off console gamers. so, you might want to wait 2 or 3 months before you get it.
besides, LittleBigPlanet 2 comes out a week later!

I don't agree with Medal Of Honor and Kinect being on the list. For one, Medal Of Honor's single player was outstanding and loads better than Call Of Duty: Black Ops, but all anyone cares about when playing military based FPS is it's multiplayer and that is what everyone judges MOH on, because it doesn't compare to COD's. nonetheless, MOH is still a great game. The "experts" just think it should be so much more than what it is. The same can be said about Kine...
LBP isn't about playing the samething over and over again. it's about cute, creative fun. one of the greatest things about playing LBP is checking out other user's creations and playing them for a minute.. and with over 3 MILLION creations out there, you'll never run out of something to play. now with LBP2, they've made LBP1 look like nothing more than a DEMO, because of all the new creation content. you could live a long life playing LBP or LBP2 and never play the sam...

how about this for a "fact sheet" fact... the game comes with an "activation/entitlement&q uot; code that you have to enter in-order to play the game.. i don't know if it's a one-time code or not, but if it is, USED copies of this game would be WORTHLESS. so, BUY IT NEW!
