I think it's you who should look at the comic book examples again. The "costume" on the in-game character is always the same, just has different colors (and sometimes, yes, a logo too--OMG). Despite the colors, the costumes are nothing like the comic book examples.
Where the hell is Deathspank?
Also, I demand MAG Escalation pack be put in the best DLC category!
Where are the alternate costumes? All I see are different color schemes. >:(
Crapcom's probably saving the real alternate costumes for loads and loads of DLC packs.
No it doesn't--CoDtards will keep buying them up.
Much better games sell a lot less. Therefore quality has no bearing on the sales of CoD.
@Handhelds_FTW
My point went right over your head.
More powerful hardware doesn't ONLY MEAN better graphics. It also means being able to introduce innovative gameplay mechanics that wouldn't be possible without the processing power.
That's why I blamed the game's shortcomings partly on the Wii; because underpowered hardware hinders the devs' ability to create innovative gameplay.
For me, if I was going to get either (which I won't...) it would be ME2, no doubt.
I bought LBP day-1, and it didn't take long to realize the game just isn't for me. I won't go in-depth why but, even though I have no doubt it'll be a great game, there's no way I'm getting LBP2.
Pretty much what I was thinking:
Where did the game go wrong? Right from the start: putting it on the Wii.
From the start the game was supposed to be a revolutionary gameplay experience... Don't know how they thought they were going to do that on underpowered hardware.
Masturbation is not family-friendly--if everyone was masturbating there'd be no one to reproduce!
Have you used Move before?
If not, I have 0 doubt you will like DS3 better right off the bat! To get used to the Move is probably going to take serious dedication and patience. In the end, though, I'm sure it can be better than dual analog once a player gets good with it.
Umm... What? Nobody can predict that. The PS2 absolutely crushed the market during its gen, so I bet not many people would have predicted Sony would be scrapping it out with MS with Nintendo in the lead this gen.
Where was this "massive fanbase" when the GC was struggling so much? Nintendo had a huge turnaround by capturing the casual market--the Wii was the new Furbee craze. It's highly unlikely that they manage to start another craze with their next console.
Out of my 10, they're the two I'm proudest of. :)
Agreed... except I have no idea how this relates to the article!
Meh, it's all gotten so subjective. Back with the PS2, it was clear which console was dominant! But nowadays, even though you have the Wii in the sales lead, it appeals to such a different demographic, and its attach rate is so much lower than the other two consoles, that's it's hard to clearly concede victory to Nintendo this gen.
And with MS making such a huge shift toward the casual market, I think we've got a very interesting few years ahead of us (and I d...
Win.
Yeah, the added replay-value of trophies are really a double-edged sword. When before I wouldn't really be tempted to beat a game again on the "impossible" difficulty after I'd unlocked it, now I do it for the trophy.
On the other hand, after I've platted a game, I hardly feel any urge to return to it, no matter how much I enjoyed it, when I would have done so in the past. Now it's: I don't want to play this game again, I already platted it, I ne...
Got Demon's Souls plat too. It's looking great next to my shiny new MAG plat! XD
Wow this "article" fails hard.
For one: a YEAR old game isn't that old. Also, I read over on gametrailers these interesting details about the "port":
-Uses the ME3 engine
-All patches installed
-6 hours of content not in the 360 or PC versions
-All DLC included.
So factor in the price of DLC on top of the price of the PC and 360 versions, and the fact that the extra content isn't even availa...
"But there may be more behind the graphic than a desire on Sony's part to inform. Sony is facing stiff competition from a slew of devices that are gunning for the very same gamers and entertainment-seekers that Sony seeks."
Wow, such an insightful point of view--I would have never seen it that way. /sarcasm
Fail article.
Commenters fail too. Having an argument about Xbox live being superior to PSN because of cross-game chat. Ok,...
ROFLMAO
Payed out the ass to get the game to go multiplat, Squeenix gimped it, Japan ignores it --> It was gimped IN VAIN.
I hope M$ are happy with their waste of money and ruined iteration of FF.
