I want to know exactly when reviewers got so pathetic they needed US to tell them how to do their job?
MAG.
Without a doubt. The most underrated game this gen. People just hate because they can't comprehend it.
Anyone saying it wouldn't work on consoles is just narrow-minded. Blizzard could either tweak the UI for easier controller interaction, or simply make us use a keyboard. Both the PS3 and 360 support USB-keyboards. Also, with Move, this could be awesome!
But again, it's fine as a PC exclusive. Just pointing out that if Blizzard wanted to port it, they wouldn't have to change a thing.
Move support; make it happen Blizzard! :D
Not that they need to bring it to consoles... It's perfectly fine as a PC exclusive.
I'm sure it would play quite well, if done properly.
But I don't expect or particularly want it to come to consoles. It's a PC game, if I want to play it I'll do it on PC.
Oh, alright. At the time I had only 1 disagree, so I assumed it was you. That's why I replied that.
I have 3 disagrees now, not sure why. I guess people who disagree with my comment think that in a real life situation it's best to hip-fire...
Well, I admit I have no idea what the hell "rear aperture fire" means, but I'm pretty sure you said the exact same thing I did. ie: "raise the weapon to your face" (your words) and "looking down the barrel of your gun" (my words) rather than hip-fire.
Right... You show me a 300$ PC that can run Crysis 2 on higher settings than a PS3.
Nah, ketchup's on the side. It's more like buying a value meal and having to pay for the pickle that's supposed to be in your burger.
@droid:
That's not an easy question to answer, because there is no absolute answer.
Who decides how much content is enough to charge 60$ for? Or how much development it's worth? Should it be the company, or the consumer?
I mean, by making you pay extra money to unlock parts of a game that are already on the disc you paid 60$ for, Capcom are saying "we gave you more than 60$'s worth on that disc, so if you want the rest you ha...
Yup, things like this are the reason I haven't bought a single Capcom game this gen.
I'm happy to say this is some GOOD use of hacking, for once (SEE THAT GEOHOT?). The day they have rock-solid evidence of complete content just sitting locked on the disc, then we'll need to bring Capcom to some consumer protection agency (or court) and make them give us what we paid for. Otherwise they'll keep raping us with DLC and it'll only get worse if we do nothing.
@Shaman:
Not trolling, just trying to make sense of your comment: so you say neither console is capable of rendering 720p twice to produce 3D... and then cite a PS3 game as example of it done right?
So can the PS3 do it, or not? You're either contradicting yourself, or not explaining yourself properly.
Disagree. Ever played paintball? I admit, it's pretty damn far off from a real "kill or be killed" situation, but it's closer than a game! At least you actually get to aim and shoot a physical gun--even though it shoots paint capsules. Anyways, my point is: doesn't really matter how close you are, you always want to be looking down the barrel of your gun when shooting. Even in CQC.
It may be different for a trained professional with a real gun who has ex...
@Larry
lol you fail nub. Maybe you're just not good enough to notice when your reticle goes somewhere OTHER than where you aim it. Unless my brain is subconsciously moving the sticks for me, there is very significant aim-assist.
By the way, I wouldn't know how the aim assist is in CoD because I don't play that noob-fest. You do, though, so maybe you should go back to your game of choice and not argue over things you fail to notice.
Nobody said it wasn't awesome. We're saying GG have completely changed what KZ used to be in favor of a more CoD-type gameplay.
lol "harry potter" cloak!
The marksmen is definitely op. If you're moving while cloaked in cqc, you'll get spotted easily, but at range you're literally invisible (if it wasn't for the enemy's name appearing in red above his invisible head, they'd be impossible to snipe! :P). And the sniper is way too strong--OHK, anywhere. Should be insta-kill headshot, maybe body shot, but definitely 2 hits to the limbs.

I agree with the article's headline. My reasons are different though, and much more fundamental.
In KZ, character models are fairly large (ie: easy targets), the maps are quite cramped, and you move slowly. All this adds-up to: EASY targets. On top of that you have absurdly-strong aim-assist (and no option to turn the damn thing off--I HATE aim assist). This all means aiming skills ("gun-game") are thrown out the window--they're unnecessary in this game. On ...
It's Crapcom, I'm not the least bit surprised. Ask for the community's opinion NOW and omit ones we clearly want from the release-roster that way they're sure to get lots of DLC sales.
One of the best things, in my opinion, about KZ3 mp, is also one of the things that's most annoying! It's that guns are locked to each career. It sucks not being allowed to pick whatever gun you want, but at the same time it drastically helps balance out the game. Could you imagine if an Infiltrator spawned with a full-auto AR? I could flank and take out entire squads at once no problem! Instead, you can only have a burst-firing AR, which limits the number of enemies you can take on a...
Nobody makes me lol like KB!
