Who the fuck is John Hale?
Article would be better with a video... :(
"The amount of scrubs increase by the day because now all the scrubs can reinforce each others delusion that they "don't suck" , they just happen to be victims of a conspiracy against game balance favoring their failed tactics"
Worst part of that is when they go to the dev's forums, with all their numbers, and actually make a big enough impression for the dev to patch the game that was actually well balanced. Then the game's broken and the scru...
In my opinion, Guerilla overdeveloped their multiplayer. They had great mechanics and fun modes, but they just had to throw heaps and heaps of classes at you. KZ2 was a lot of fun when the highest class in the match was the Tactician. I just felt that every class over that just made the experience more and more annoying.
Obviously that's what I meant by pull it off. If you could do all those functions without the controller and without lag.
I though my comment was clear, but some people always go out of their way not to understand...
Noticeable input lag. And I'd be curious to see how much steering-assist there is (like a notorious youtube video of a certain racing game for kinect).
Kudos if they pull it off though. Could be a fun way to control a racing game if you don't have a wheel.
You're proclaiming the end of handhelds when one's just been released and the other, not due out for months, has the core market captivated? Seriously?!
It's too early to write off the 3DS, and to even think about writing off the Vita, let alone handhelds entirely.
Agreed.
Also, (@Raiinstorm) you can't use the sales of a remake versus the sales of a new game for your argument. Obviously the people who are complaining for a return to the series' roots are long-time fans who've almost certainly played FFX already. I beat the game a few times myself, even poured about 150 hours into one playthrough to completely remodel the sphere-grid and completely max out my characters. Yet I won't be getting the remake.

I loved that card game! I even remember going to certain region to manipulate the rules to my liking. It was deep, addictive, and understandable--unlike FFIX's mess that made no sense!
A lot of things about this game make me giddy!
By "gorilla boss mobs", you mean the brawlers? I used Marksman turrets to take care of the hybrids and the bullseye's primary fire to take out his heat-sinks.
But if the secondary fire worked for you, then that's alright too!

This was supposed to be in reply to cgoodno
Superhuman is actually very easy if you use every gun intelligently. In order acquired (if memory serves...):
Bullseye: the secondary fire tag can come in handy, but I don't recommend it for superhuman. Time it takes to tag someone and find the right angle to shoot around cover yet not get shot, you've already lost a lot of health. I recommend using only the primary fire because its stopping power will prevent your enemy from shooting you, and it's quite lethal. U...
Damn I like his shirt!
I like my white Go, but I wouldn't mind black either. It's a little more generic since the majority of SKUs stateside are black, but on the bright side it's less distracting when you're playing a game. Easier to focus on the screen when everything around is black, rather than a flashy color. In the end, I'm pretty indifferent to color, I guess.
I disagree with the premise of your comment, which centers around what you said here: "If Nintendo/Sony/MS put out high quality mobile phone games, they will be slowly turning away more and more people from spending larger amounts of money on bigger projects."
Would you be turned off AAA titles if the big three started making phone games? I sure as hell wouldn't! In fact, it could be a great tactical move for them. Imagine what phone tie-ins would do for core ga...
The demo was a lot of fun. Cut too early after giving access to the helicopter though! If they'd let me play around with it a bit more I might have had to buy the game. As it is, I'm still on the fence.
Yeah, stop reading reviews and buy it. You won't regret it!
I bought the first 2 Deathspank games, and liked them a lot. The second one recycled way too much material from the first one for my tastes though (characters and, more crucially, missions), and both suffered from an over-abundance of fetch-quests and repetitiveness. But the humor and art style made up for their shortcomings, and the gameplay was adequate.
But then they changed the gameplay for The Baconing--they tried to improve it. And, for me at least, they failed. My trie...
Yeah, 100 mil is still a ways off, but Sony's really making a big PSP push in Europe right now. Also, I think promoting the PSP now is a great move for securing the Vita a place in the market once it comes out. I'm sure a lot of these new PSP gamers will be looking to upgrade once they see the Vita!
What are you complaining about? We're not here to discuss the Wii U, we're all here to bash Pachter.
