It's not a console, I don't think they believe they can eat into the Switch's sales, I think they are trying to create a new (I know there are quite a few other handheld PCs like the Aya Neo but relatively new) segment for handheld gaming PCs.

I ordered one just to tinker with. I know I wont use it much though.

No they didn't, there was 19 months and 24 days between Turing and Ampere which is not far off the average 18 month cadence, assuming this cadence continues then 4000 series will release Q3 - Q4 this year. It's also on the Nvidia roadmap for 2022, although of course plans can fail.

Pascal to Turing has a long gap between it, but that was with AMD providing no competition, there is no way Nvidia will be so slow now that they have strong competition.

The developers are Ukrainian, it's their right to stand up for their country when its existence is threatened.

I'd prefer a Bad Company game to Battlefield 3, Bad Company 2 is my favourite in the series

If you limit history to the last 300 years then maybe. I would have thought that Greece has the most well respected historical writers.

What grinding? I don't think I have grinded anything so far, the only repetitive thing I've done is going back to a certain spot with lots of root resin every 10 hours or so to restock.

@Welshy the PVP part of it is a free update for Overwatch, on PC at least, not sure how they will be handling the console launch. So you only buy Overwatch 2 if you want PVE and apparently there will be a discount for Overwatch owners, again not sure how this will apply to consoles.

In my opinion Elden Ring is dominating 2022. Not taking anything away from the Sony launches but I wont be playing them until I finish Elden Ring, this game turned out way better than I thought it would.

I'd say it's pretty mainstream, SteamSpy is estimating with a 98% confidence that it has now sold over 20 million copies on Steam. Only a handful of games get to those kinds of numbers on Steam alone, let alone this quickly.

What are you on about, people buy the games they want to buy, nobody gives a crap if it's first party or third party.

It sounds like it's a remote studio so it would be weird if it wasn't multicultural. The main benefit of being remote only is you can hire from a much broader pool of talent not just the people within 60 mins of a building.

"Lmao you obviously haven't been to Japan very often."

How people like you maintain living in their own world, with it's own history and facts is beyond me. Isn't it exhausting?

I'm sure the dude is very smart but why does everyone attribute everything to him, it's a whole team of great people designing the console.

I play the same games for years, if you're having fun keep playing, if not find something else.

Microsoft has a pretty good glassdoor rating, you may not like them but it looks like they treat their employees well for the most part.

Nintendo - 4.6
Microsoft - 4.4
Sony - 4.1
Activision Blizzard - 3.5

So from Father Merrins comments across multiple Ukraine posts here I've learned we've got bio labs, nazis in control of a country led by a Jewish man, the whole thing was funded by Biden and it's a project of the globalist elite. Anything else you want to add to that? I'm sure 5G, Bill Gates and chemtrails have got to be involved too!

@1nsomniac

Ermm, countries around the world have frozen 60% of Russia's central bank reserves. Thats bound to make paying for a long drawn out war very difficult while also trying to counter the economic war (sanctions) that is being waged against them.

Sure it sucks that regular people will get caught in the middle but it will be putting a lot of pressure on the government too.

You're spreading Russian propaganda here, if Ukraine has a nazi problem with far right parties getting 2.5% of the vote and so a foreign military needs to step in to remove democracy and their president (who is jewish) then a lot of countries will need Russian intervention. That's a tiny vote share.

"But the bottom line is the Ukrainians that have nazi infiltrations have been bombing the Eastern region of Ukraine for last 8 years because only ethnic Russians li...
