so true, so many negative remarks and snubs from devs and consumers alike. i don't think the release of the ps4 will help either and after that the next xbox it will be sometime before nintendo can start to make amends keeping in mind they won't show up at E3.

yeah once people realise that the only thing they need to move is their head not the rest of their body then they will be able to use it regularly. virtual reality has been attempted many times in the past both in gaming and experimentally but this is the first time there has been a strong backing behind it. if only sony would add motion sensors to this ( http://opticalvis...

soz, intel make better cpu's. i'm a fan of amd's GPU's though i prefer them over nvidia's. ive been expecting this from amd, they are powering both next gen consoles meanwhile intel seems to have a focus on tablets,ultrabooks,all-in-ones etc... with their low power consuming cpu's

now that they are no longer publishing medal of honor (on a regular basis anyways) i can imagine EA doing just that. or they will do what they did with battlefeild3 and sell alot of dlc. personally i would prefer an annual battlefield game and only buy the ones i think show a significant improvement than to buy one half-arsed battlefield game and have dlc shoved in my face. alternatively after releasing BF4 dice can focus on a starwars game that would be cool too

pc is better than a console in absolutely every way shape and form if you don't take money into consideration. i'm not saying pc's are expensive but if you compare a console to a pc of the same price then console are indeed impressive, thats if you don't mind paying $60 for every game. there are many reason why people prefer console gaming and rightly so but you cannot argue that consoles are better in terms of performance that is indeed like comparing a bazooka and a bb-gun. ...

all this means is that nintendo has yet again failed to appeal to a larger audience which is what they were aiming for with the wiiU and games like bayonetta2 and zombie U. looks like they need to rethink their strategy and cater to their nintendo fans with their tried and trusted titles like zelda, xeno blade and whatever it is nintendo fans are so fond of. the real crisis is if they fail in that respect too. personally i really hate that the halfhearted attempts by using old titles and stic...

i hope this doesn't trigger a reaction by sony which would make everybody else's experience miserable. from what i understand this not that big a deal?

not really i wasn't expecting a 2013 release in the first place i bet it will be released February 2014. if it is indeed going to be released in 2013 then it is very likely microsoft will be sure to let us know on the 21st

@xHeavYx
no i don't think always on is positive at all not in gaming atleast and i have made a fuss about always-on previously but being able to watch tv through the xbox and use the xbox to enhance your tv experience like say for example having a user interface that overlays on the program you are watching that allows you to record,rewind,browse the internet and whatnot makes sense i can imagine alot of families who would benefit from a device that brings together all forms of en...

it appears that there is a focus on TV this time around, i personally haven't watched TV in years i just use the internet but in places like America when you consider all of the rumours about the next xbox that have come up including always-on i actually think it could work and work well. but i feel that if it is the direction the next xbox is heading big compromises are being made to the gaming aspect of the console. we could possibly be ending up in an awkward situation where we have th...

if they went to E3 and have nothing decent to show for their console that would be a bigger deal and they would instantly get slammed for it. nintendo is clearly not ready and will do things in their own time like they did when they released the wiiU. nintendo is not playing into its competitors hands nor is it going to show up at E3 only to be completely overshadowed. yes i think its a big deal, but in a good way. this implies to me that nintendo are working up to something which will hopefu...

yeah, many people fail to realise just how superior pes was to fifa in the ps2 days and before. however, as the new gen came along things changed with companies like EA benefiting and quickly adapting to the new tech.there is no doubt fifa is the better game now. the japanese games presence this gen is not as strong as it was in the previous gens, feels like a great void has opened that needs to be filled and hasn't.

not really that comment by nintendo doesn't really fill me with confidence, also i'm not sure how you established that nintendo has a backup plan. nintendo seems like its going digital anyway and are probably not too worried about the hacked wiiU. still its very nice of them that they have came out with a statement looks like they actually care.
