when he gave the $2680 he should of considered it as giving a donation as he is not entitled for anything return though it would have been nice for the devs to show appreciation. i hate devs who ban people for their own shortcomings if someone has found a glitch whether intentionally or not the devs in my eyes have to be responsible for what they have created.

agreed, outdated design i don't understand having the grills in the front surely that is the last place you would want them. anyhow as long as it is reasonably sized and reasonably shaped (by that i mean its not as big as a microwave and its not shaped like a Toblerone) pretty hard to imagine them getting it so badly wrong to a point where people won't buy it. i hope its flat on the top unlike the ps3 (all versions of it in fact) so i can put stuff on it like a controller for example....
indie devs have been making remarks about MS for some time now because the still haven't allowed self publishing for independently developed games like sony and nintendo so i wouldn't be surprised at all if jonathan blow goes ahead and says something else.
same i bought the slim which then broke so i had to get another
champions league matches always have sony ads but they are usually nothing more than "sponsored by sony playstation" screens that last a few seconds so i hope they bring something noticeable to arguably the biggest sporting event across Europe. really looking forward to the match btw.

i wonder how much freedom will pc users have with the new kinect i think MS sees it as a way to integrate gestures to windows 8 for regular desktop pc that don't have touch screens or inbuilt cameras with gesture capabilities and nothing more. i think most of kinect practical and genuinely useful features are nowhere near gaming so locking it down to a gaming console really limits its capabilities to just dancing and fitness games and no i don't view waving my hands at it to change ch...
thats the case for me aswell kinect2 is what killed the xbox for me
while i don't necessarily agree with hoping that somebody's product fails (that would be a bit of a d*ck move) i do hope that the gamer's disappointment does reflect in the number of sales of the next xbox as a clear indicator to MS that consumers disapprove.
i'm glad there is alot of support behind the oculus rift there really need to be a big push to get this device to as many people so that it can sustain itself in the long run and so that people can accept virtual reality as a viable option for gaming. i think it will be the stepping stone for more amazing things to come
yeah when they delayed the xbox conference it was advantage sony all along. they should have had the conference back in april as originally planned or not at all.
how they can come up with these conclusions i will never know, i mean ffs they build their games on powerful pc's to begin with. the only justification i can think for the claim that ps4/Xone are stronger than a pc is if they compare it to a pc that costs the same price as the ps4/Xone. and like someone said once before in the comments section "a console as powerful as a pc will have to be a pc in itself which defeats the purpose of a games console to begin with"

well you get criticised for showing games but not the console, and you get criticised for showing the console but no games you can't please everyone i guess. what killed the xbox for me anyways is what surfaced after the conference, like no used games, needs kinect to function, needs to be connected to internet every 24hrs, cannot change or upgrade HDD etc...
i hope they do confirm those two games. sony will also be ahead with free2play and indie games with blacklight retribution and primal carnage

its so frustrating i had enough of FF13's the first was super linear i couldn't bring my self to finish it even though i was on the last chapter and there was absolutely nothing in that game that made me want another two. FF14 is a train wreck, versus has vanished into thin air and all we keep getting are HD remakes. they need to start fresh they didn't do well at all this gen far off from their success on the ps2 and before
