seems like sony is pretty committed to continuing to support the ps3 for at least another 2 to 3 years. i don't think sony or PD had ps4 in mind when they made gt6 and considering how different the architecture on the two consoles is, in the time it would take them to make gt6 look and play stunning on the ps4 they could make a new game entirely with the ps4 in mind from the start.
good point i guess maybe there is little hope left in a ps4 release of gt6
a shallow and narrow minded thing to say most nintendo games that sold large amounts did so because they were bundled with the console itself other wise nintendo only has as many games that sold over 10mill as any other company.

yeah means that roughly 1 out of every 7 ps3 owners have played gt5. it is a key title for the playstation brand. i haven't had the chance yet will be spending all summer playing gt5 amongst other games i have missed out on.
many people like the cockpit view works really well with the steering wheel too. i guess drive club will be able to provide that since it is a first person racing game but still GT6 should still have the cockpit view

oh yeah on the wii first party games did sell but the wii offered motion controls something which has never been available and was indeed next gen despite having standard graphics the wiiU doesn't have anything which is considered new or next gen tablets have been around for a little while and the features that are possible with the wiiU controller don't really add a huge advancement to the gaming experience. only time will tell how nintendo will fare in the lon...

just cause 2 is a popular game and has many fans as a result of the replayability value the game has. square enix took quite the big hit by over evaluating their sales targets for hitman,tomb raider and sleeping dogs. i think its nice that sleeping dogs is(or was) available free on ps+ since i think its a good game many people missed out on. maybe thats what they are trying to do, get people to play their games who haven't had the chance to already.

well saying that does not benefit anyone. doesn't do nintendo any favours nor does it help EA in anyway to just say bold and clear that FB3 won't be supported on the wiiU. i certainly didn't expect it from EA you would assume they would try and release on as many platforms as possible to make the most money. there is evidently a problem whether its a shortcoming from Ea in that they do not want to support the wiiu or a shortcoming on the hardware side of things. ...
ea just said they've struggled to achive promising result with frostbite 2 and that as a result frostbite3 will not be supported on the wiiu, that means no battlefield4 no masseffect4 no new star wars game on the wiiu and pretty much no future EA games. ubisoft have also have expressed disappointment in the wiiu despite being its biggest supporter. now if frostbite 2 is not capable of achieving the required results i doubt any of the other modern engines will run on the wiiu either most n...
yeah that picture of mark cerny holding the controller makes you feel you can reach out and grab it. much more positive feedback than i expected i'm starting to think too much considering no one has actually used it yet but what is very reassuring is that sony asked many dev's opinions on it including bungie so if all those devs approve of it its gotta be as good as it looks
well i guess you're right to some extent but that would imply that EA is not interested on developing for the wiiu, the real question is why?

not all of the trailer is gameplay footage the part that was is indeed beautiful and stunning but after the guy presses the start engine button on the Koenigsegg there is a clear pause in the video after which the edited trailer plays whether it was recorded using game engine or not i'm not sure .(probably is)
i don't think they are actively hiding the bottom since it was on display for all to see. but yeah to bottom is an ideal place to add something but it would be pretty weird adding something aesthetic to the bottom since you won't be able to see it
GT event since its at the silverstone circuit. would be pretty weird to hold a ps4 event on a race track
