I guess 2k14 will remain the most complete game in recent memory. Fortunately, Yukes does a good job on create a wrestler so the community will have some decent Hogans to download if you need that n.W.o. and Hulkamania 80s dream matches.
Wii's back catalogue isn't exactly the best. I love Nintendo but Wii had almost as much shovelware as the Ps2.
If Gears 3 and Halo 4 could have been playable on the Xbox one at launch it would have had a much stronger release. Remember Halo 2 kept 360 owners happy to get them through 2005-2006 until Gears 1 finally came along. Halo 3 came the following year. That's 2 long years on Xbox with no new Halo. Halo 2 was what kept the 360 going through the slow be...
Yeah man, I use custom tunes for my gears/halo multiplayer all the time. It makes me play better or just a bit more alert. I usually download remade Sega and Nintendo songs. It's fun listening to Contra, Streets of Rage, and Street Fighter 2 songs while throwing down some nasty gnasher destruction.
Does it include custom sound tracks? Really miss that feature from 360 and OGxbox
The Author doesn't realize that there probably won't be anymore college branded games in the future. Many people still play NCAA basketball 2k8 as well as NCAA football 14. Too many lawsuits from the NCAA to bother with.
I use my 360 for Shenmue 2, NFL 2k5, Knights of the old republic, Sith lords, Star wars battlefront 2, Mlb2k4, Splinter Cell CT, and Manhunt. Shenmue 2 is great for those who missed it and are going to try 3. Nfl2k5 is still my go to football game for deep franchise mode. You can get free rosters on nflrosters.com
Shenmue 3 was e3 2015.
Mario is older, 34 or 35
It's sad because if they would have competitively priced it around 200 instead of 300 people would've gave the Wii U a chance. Also, casual gamers thought the WiiU was a big controller with a screen for the original Wii. Nintendo didn't really advertise or educate the casual audience. They should have given the console a different name to separate it from the original Wii.
Personally, I'd rather have Nintendo be a 3rd party publisher/developer. Super Mar...
A lot of that had to do with the false Joe Montana football 16 Rumors. We were tricked into believing jm16 was going to go head to head with madden as a x1 exclusive. After the announcement it was only on IOS. Many of these buyers returned the x1. I still have mine but it gets very little use.
Did you ever watch movies about martial arts?
Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Jean Claude...etc
Shenmue speaks to gamers that idolized Blood sport, Karate Kid, Kick Boxer, American Ninja, Enter the Dragon, and early games like Double Dragon, Karate Champ, Streets of Rage, Street fighter 2, mortal Kombat.
If you don't like the stuff I just listed then you won't enjoy Shenmue. It's a martial arts RPG.
I'm sure Sega will still help in some way. As far as we know Sega just wasn't willing to pay for the entire game. Yu Suzuki went out on his own to build partnerships to get it going. Sony was the logical partner as they recently announced to localize Yakuza. We really don't know who the big producers will be. Microsoft might even push money to it to help the Windows 10 library. It's just too early. Seems like Sega should do some sort of PR to at least let fans know they...
I like knowing how long I've been a member because Sony and MS sometimes give away special rewards for long term members. I got a couple free games for the 10 year anniversary of Xbox live. Also, I know people who change their gamertags often won't remember and it gives gamers incentive to have a good reputation and hold on to your original gamertag.
I don't think it matters much. Just redone higher resolution cut scenes. Every game is up scaled. Madden is double the size at 16 gigs, NBA 2k is 50 gigs, etc... It's just the nature of the beast.
Indies have become a cesspool of mimicked retro games. People who bought new generation hardware really don't care to play some cheesy Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis knock offs.
There are so many games out that it's overwhelming. Then trying to find one or two good games out of 1000 is too much work. Poor quality control is killing Indies.
I think it's fake only because it would be Nintendo Play Station. If you read the book "console wars", you'll see Sony was more interested in selling cd software. Nintendo didn't like the deal because Nintendo made a lot of money off 3rd party cartridges. You had to go through Nintendo to get a game on their console. Sony threatened that business model because you would go through Sony. Also Sega had a chance to partner with Sony as well but Sega of Japan wouldn...
Kinect features? Wasn't the entire world hating on Kinect so Microsoft sells it without it?
"music capability"
What is this? I just said there is no custom sound tracks or media player to rip cds to the HDD.
Anyway I already mentioned that other than a graphics upgrade and bluray player the One isn't much of an advancement.
The front end is a mess. I don't like how it keeps games running after s...
Please list these features as maybe I'm so new to the X1 I haven't been able to access them.
I guess when I buy an upgrade I expect an upgrade. Other than a slight graphics boost and a bluray player...I'm not seeing how X1 is better yet. I just feel like it's a step backwards.
Tell that to local gamestores that jacked up the prices on OGXbox versions of Shenmue2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2. They have them listed at $50 used because of the new announced upcoming games.
Anyway, BC has always been a big deal for me. I loved my Master System converter, Game Gear Converter, Super Gameboy, Gameboy Advance player for Gamecube, and now I have a modded Xbox 360 that plays N64, Playstation, Genesis, Sega Master, NES, SNES, TG16, Atari, and MAME. The 360 i...
