Sinan, for your gaming amusement:

Enjoy ;)
There are two glaring omissions from this list - Yo! Noid and California Raisins: The Grape Escape!
Little Big Planet 2? Yes please!
Maybe I'm in the minority here, but in Mass Effect 2's case, I actually preferred transparency to ambiguity. Not, mind you, because I like everything in black and white, but rather because it focuses more on the core moral dilemmas at hand, and less on how to get there. In some sense, it's a form of hand holding, as there isn't a lot of wiggle room as far as dialog goes, but there's also not the worrisome notion of whether I (as Shepherd) said the right thing. The consequence here, as the au...
Good call on Guybrush and Elaine - quite possibly my favorite gaming couple...
My crystal ball says... 11/1 for GT5, the Wii HD/Wii 2 announced by E3 this year, and no Dead Space love on the PSP.
How necessary is it to play the original to enjoy the sequel? I never plated the first one, but have been looking for a reason to dust off my tragically neglected Wii for a while...
Oh no, you *only* gave it an 8/10! (snicker) Kidding, of course - I agree wholeheartedly. It's a great sequel to one of my favorite Xbox 360 games of all time.
How well is the dragon shapeshifting incorporated into the story? Please tell me it's not just a gimmick...
Looks decent enough, just not really my kind of game...
Glad to see The Saboteur on the list (if only for the fact that it was my suggestion ;) )
...and yes, I admit it - I used my Golden Ticket.
From what I've played of Heavy Rain, it's an adventure of a different breed - and rest assured, it is absolutely not one long series of QTEs.
That said, is it for everyone? Certainly not - it is understandably dialog rich, and not something you can (or should) try to play in short bursts.
I wouldn't necessary count on a full blown relaunch in the PSP Go's near future, but an incremental price drop by the time E3 rolls around is not only likely, but something I expect.
I have no hard evidence to back this up, but it's not unreasonable to think that it may drop $20-$30 by the summer.
My only complaint over the lack of an inventory system is that is essentially dumbs the game down somewhat, but certainly not enough to detract from the game as a whole.
First off, welcome back Eddie! Second, I agree with you 100% - far too often people will write off a game as "too hard" or "too easy" without addressing the underlying mechanics. It's a sad truth, and a reason why many, many fantastic games may end up getting overlooked.
Our game consumption habits are changing, no doubt - an increasing number of gamers want the convenience of games on demand, and developers, generally are happy to oblige, not only because digital distribution ultimately costs them less (especially in terms of Steam and D2D, where the company does not need their own servers to distribute the product), but because digital distro inherently has its own anti-piracy technologies built in.
You missed a few of the more notable controllers - such as the godawful Jaguar controller, the Dreamcast Controller (notable mostly for its interesting - and mostly failed - use of the VMU, and of course, the Power Glove...
Consequently, yes, that is a numeric keypad on the Jaguar Controller ;)

Mass Effect 2 is nothing short of a sci-fi (yes, that's sci-fi and NOT SyFy) masterpiece.
Blood bowl, eh? That name sounds oddly familiar...
Possibly the level of difficulty, as an homage to some of the 8bit games of yore?
