It starts with pointless articles such as this. Instead of blaming forum posters, blame journalists who continue to stir the pot when aiming to justify a preference.
Correct.
@Chris12
Explain this truth to us.
Yep. This is what happens when narratives shift to hug a preference.
Exactly
No, counting them has been pointless. PC gamers have long tried to convey this message.
It didn't take the 3000 series GPUs to make the consoles look, relatively, weak. That said, they are both still nice pieces of kit.
@badz149
If you aren’t using Ultra Settings, then it isn’t worth talking about. Obviously, we’re talking maxed 4K/120.
Nah, it'll still struggle with games in 4K/120Hz. Difference is, it won't be as many and DLSS will continue to help.
@Automatic79
Bright Memory Infinite was PC footage. It can’t say hello to anything.
@KRUSSIDULL
Also well said. SSDs will be a standard one day, but it will be because of the PC.
Yeeeppp. Well said!
The developer did not say that, the article added that.
The dev said (just below what you quoted)...
“We want to make sure that the framerate is responsive, and that it feels like there’s nothing on the technical side preventing you from having a good time,” Bunting said. They never specified any of those extra details that the article added in.

@NeoGamer232
Yes, budget is EXACTLY the determination of what A, AA, and AAA mean.
@Steppenwolfmother
Without details, it’s hot air and little else. As Actual said, there are machines many times better and more expensive than these consoles that can’t pump out 4K/120fps. The developer can say what ever they want, but it’s a pipe dream without details (checkerboard vs native, for example).
Now after reading the article, it’s clear that they did NOT say the game will run at 120fps. I advise everyone to read it carefully before jumping to ...
Oh, I'm sure! Can't wait for it myself!
Plot twist: people will actually like the DualSense more.
Either way, this is a silly article.
PS4 dominated from the first day, actually, selling 1 million in the US alone!
Otherwise, I mostly agree with what you’re saying.
Thank you.
No, it is a full console exclusive. Only coming to PC.
