What have they achieved like PlayStation? We know they're being outsold in hardware (yes, currently - PS5 has already begun outselling the Series S|X), sell less games, and the Xbox Division makes less money than PlayStation.
Sounds like it is the other guys who need to take a page out of Sony's handbook.

“Think” what? He gave you a very reasonable explanation. These two consoles are extremely close in power (with the PS5 having its own advantages). The results lately have actually look better for Sony than Microsoft (considering their marketing).

I cannot believe someone would ask this ridiculous question. Truly. Review from 2017 till now and tell us what Sony has been doing. Review what their nearest competitor was doing (or, rather, NOT doing).
This isn’t a Sony Too. Microsoft needs to get the games in gear. No amount of “but Sony” will change that.
As you can see, such a simple concept is hard for some to grasp. “It’s region free”. Cool, but that completely misses the point.

Anyway, I expect PS5 to crush Xbox in all kinds of sales, so no surprise that it is doing so in the black market as well.
That’s because the PS4’s UI was always fast and pinpoint. The X1’s UI has been cumbersome and cluttered and NEEDED those fixes!

While great, these are features that will eventually come to the PC and I can already play it at higher frames than 120fps. Still, nice for a home console.
PS5’s launch lineup is far from lackluster.
