- Demon's Souls being a Remake is irrelevant. That doesn't devalue its importance to the PS5's launch lineup.
- Miles a full-fledged game (a 10+ hour experience, in fact, and clearly one you haven't played).
- There is also Sackboy's Adventure (like Miles, it is selling much more on the PS5).
Those are all new, well received games.

What have they achieved like PlayStation? We know they're being outsold in hardware (yes, currently - PS5 has already begun outselling the Series S|X), sell less games, and the Xbox Division makes less money than PlayStation.

I cannot believe someone would ask this ridiculous question. Truly. Review from 2017 till now and tell us what Sony has been doing. Review what their nearest competitor was doing (or, rather, NOT doing).
This isn’t a Sony Too. Microsoft needs to get the games in gear. No amount of “but Sony” will change that.
