You know F3 pretty much had several models of the same car with different specs/decals slapped on it, and were counted as additional cars to the total. You can't really point the figure at PD and make it seem like they're the only culprit when it comes to car totals. Even EA does it.
Edit: did they not implement the in-cckpit rear view for the car or do super-gt class cars not have a rear window at all?
I think it's kinda obvious now that PD doesn't use the latest build for any of their show floor demos. It's either one build with crap graphics and good physics, a build with collision and the same Tokyo track, or a build with better textures but no collision, etc.

Finally got the video to load for me and I have to say the gameplay looks really good as always. Probably even better. The game is coming out to look like a cleaner Halo 3 which is good and bad in my tastes. It's sharper looking and the lighting/shadows seems much better, but this is Reach we're talking about. I was hoping for nitty gritty textures. The landscape just looks so clean and untouched.

Highly doubt the reason they're doing a version for Mac is because of some anti-Sony thing. It's not that hard to port to Mac anyways with cider. Even some newbies on the forums ciderize their own PC games to work on mac. And if not cider, there's always cxz engine and wineskin.
