I also remember playing FF1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and Tactics, not to mention Chrono Trigger on the PSOne. The only Final Fantasy I played on Nintendo consoles was Mystic Quest. Before that those games weren't very popular. I was more interested in other genres and mostly first party games because that's how Nintendo works with their customers, and that's why 3rd parties would rather work...

Anyway, I stand by my claims. I've played games like these before, I played the original's demo, I've played Dynasty Warriors, Kessen, 99 Nights, Bladestorm, Drakkengaard... how can anyone like these games? uuuuuggghhh, just read the reviews if you don't believe me.

If you do know, I speculate it could be one of the following: Mass Effect, Ninja Gaiden 2 or Gears (Epic owns the IP, not Microsoft); the last is almost impossible, but hey in this generation almost everything can happen; I'd bet for Mass Effect. Dead Rising is almost confirmed so that's probably a moot point.
However I don't agree that the arsenal brings no keepers. I think the arsenal is actually better than the last game's, dropping the gimmicky watermellon launcher and adding some more realistic weapons while still maintaining the feel that they have some sort of chimeran technology integrated into them.

However, I'd give gears 2 a high 6. It's just more of the same, nothing I haven't seen before. Graphics don't make a game, and honestly the storyline is lame. There isn't as much difference between the guns like there is in resistance and the multiplayer aspect of the game is broken.
-The game is too dark, sometimes it could be unplayable unless shooting everywhere like an idiot to kill some barely visible enemies counts as gameplaying.
-The campaign is too f***ing short, definitely not "as long as the first game" as Ted Price said on an interview.
-The storyline leaves too many plotholes, is clichéd (derivative of several sci-fi works, noticeably a pre-marketed unoriginal product instead of something entirely new), not very cinematic, collect...
You get a letter F for "Failure". First, because you can't even spell, and second, because you contradict yourself. You call the AI "pretty decent" and then you end up saying "AI is MEDICORE" whatever "Medicore" is supposed to mean, I guess it's "mediocre" you are referring to.
I agree that the story failed on some levels, but I thought games were all about "fun", not about storyline. At least that's what Xbox fanboys ...
See review scores for more information on how businesses that buy adds have an effect on them. "Free advertising" could earn Sony a lot of money that other companies would be missing out unfairly. Imagine a Sonic fan club doing dozens of LBP levels for free; Sony would profit from selling more PS3s to those that like Sonic, and Sonic fans would love it; that's money lost for Sega.
