meh I'm good without it. It looks kinda average imo. You know I don't really think much of this in general but I kinda agree with Todd Howard (or whoever that developer for Fallout 3 was) about how important the height and position of the gun can give you the impression if the game is bad or not. Looking at it, the hand looks way too big and it looks as if the camera is at the characters stomach instead of the regular chest area.
Of course it was a game still in development but...
I really want Valkyria Chronicles but I don't have the time. Thats kinda why I steer away from RPGs (that and the fact that they're kinda slow). I still might check it out though, it looks really good and people say they get emotional attachments to the characters (both anger and love they say) which to me sounds really cool. Crap just talking about it makes me wanna go buy it. Alright I'mma head to Circuit City..... tomorrow.
Actually Robot is said to be of ex-Ensemble only at this point. So in a way, they are Ensemble studios (of course with a few people missing) and is not really a new studio per se. They are independent now for better or worst.
In any case I think we will have to see. But if you think "working together" is the problem then there's no problem. Might be a problem with resources and workforce though.
interesting, I've always played on limited and I use a monitor. Guess I should try to switch to full to see if there's a difference.
Next GTTV is inFamous preview. Gotta love it.
Every year? Seems the Activision merger affected Blizzard in a bad way. Blizzard games have always been succesful on their polish and that polish only comes with their long development cycle. Seems the "Blizzard management remains unaffected by the merger" was just some bs.
Actually I feel the only thing Xbox Live has that me as a PS3 owner really wants. Is in-game voice chat party. If I can join up with my friends in an external voice chat, all of these "hard to accept invites" is all of a sudden alienated cause you have effective communication.
Couldn't care less about what my friends are doing, just knowing the game is actually enough. I don't wanna stalk them and I don't want someone watching me either. If I want to join up with them...
What annoyed me the most was that they switch the <square> and <x> buttons (X is now running and Square is now action button, used to be opposite in RE4). So even those that's coming straight from RE4 is gonna have problems adjusting to the controls (me being one of them).
Oh and I actually in that game prefer the RE4 controls (Type A), weirdly enough. I guess it must be because the "gears-like" controls (Type D) feels half complete. You can strafe but you...
ahh dang, they gave up on new ips huh?
I've always figured that this will be the driving force for Home. Rewarding players and giving them something visual to brag about. The social networking can only apply to a few people. But being rewarded and have something to show for it, is in most people's interest. Love Capcom for doing this. I was on the edge of getting RE5 but this totally pushed me over. Love it Capcom.
"Til tross for at Guerrilla nå gjennom tre spill har hatt muligheten til å skape et flott univers, har jeg fremdeles til gode å la meg engasjere. I motsetning til for eksempel Halo, blir spillet ganske kaldt og upersonlig. Jeg sliter med å skape noe forhold til de involverte personene, og de fleste mellomsekvensene akkompagneres bare av et aldri så lite gjesp."
Roughly translated:

letters is ze best. A = Great/Outstanding, B = Really Good/Good, C = average, D = bad, F = avoid at all costs.
They might be aiming for a March 2010 release but who knows it's so far in the future I bet even the developers don't know for sure. In other words I think it's too early to tell. After all Tekken 6 was supppose to come out in 2007 no?
Not the same. As there are ways around the hard drive. You can always delete a game's installed content. Thus freeing up space and you can have room for more. You don't HAVE to buy a new hard drive. It might be annoying sure but you do NOT have to buy a hard drive. And technically a 80gb drive is actually plenty as only around 10-20 (if that) titles have mandatory installs. Plus you can use the hard drive for so much more as it's just a regular laptop hard drive. And it's not like you're old ...
I started playing RE4 again the other day (got PS2 version was 10$ so I figured I try the Ada missions) and it was still a lot of fun. The pace in RE4 is so perfectly laid up that hours passed by without me noticing. It was truly a remarkable game, even if the controls do feel a bit outdated. I really hope that even if RE5 doesn't deliver with the controls (note: not tried RE5 yet), it delivers with the co-op and lots of really great scenarios like RE4 had (it was like once every half hour so...
Heck I'll erase my whole 60gb hard drive if that's what it took to play this game. PLEASE SEGA! BRING ME YAKUZA 3!!!
Ahh man, I want this. GTA IV DLC I can live without but this I want. Tell me if it's any good folks.
I believe the 50$ million is not just for the DLC but to make it go multiplatform. A wise move from MS even if it doesn't seem so atm. GTA IV would've been a huge system seller for Sony had it been a PS3 exclusive. Even if most of us think it was disappointing, it was with no doubt one of the most anticpated if not the most anticpated game for all consoles. MS paying even 50$ million dollars for DLC would even give consumers a big incentive to buy their version, thereby neutralizing any poten...
Can't say I care.
any cool mods out apart from the 3rd person view?
