It's still pretty good for PS3 though. X360 actually went down on sales while PS3 went noticeably up. Gap is closing, but the Gap might just become just as wide as it once was considering X360's price cut recently. It's all good. More wars = more price cuts = happy me
Such a shame if the final product will be like this. I was actually thinking of getting this game for my PS3. Guess I'll have to wait till I see some reviews now.
I'm not into FPS that much but BlackSite I actually might buy. Story is interesting, teamsquad controls are interesting, using stranglehold engine to break stuff, morale/mood thing implemented.
Sounds so much more than Halo and Bioshock gives. But like I said, I ain't into FPS. But BlackSite sounds better imo.

I usually would like to defend my platform (PS3), unfortunately I agree. VGChartz is not cool.
However to you who say "Europe hasn't gotten a price cut on X360". In reality PS3 didn't either.
Wasn't the 33% percent rate reported BEFORE Microsoft announced the three year warranty? Also I believe someone approximated that the repairs of a third of the X360s sold would be around 1 billion.
If it's only for MMO's than it's probably cool (people with core system probably doesnt play MMO's). But they mentioned GTA IV in the article and didn't really say that it's only for MMO's just that they were targeting them. So I dunno
PS3 actually had their sales increased by 7%, very surprising tbh considering how expensive it is. X360 50% increase is probably quite alright but I bet it'll go a bit higher when they release Falcon chipset (65nm), I know thats what my brother is waiting for.
Anyway to all you PS3 haters. PS3 got a fairly strong lineup for their "second" year, especially when compared to X360's second year. What the hell did ya get at 2006? other than Gears of War? PS3 is gettin Hea...
Remember that the X360 is easier to develop for and i assume it would also be easier to use it's full potential too and the fact that it has been a year out longer oh and also the fact that PS3 is hard to develop for. Factor all this in, and you probably get why the PS3 is having a hard time to have equal graphics. I'm guessing next year is when we truly begin to see some real use of PS3's power.
