You really think this was to get Home some publicity? Trying hard to hate on free stuff are you?
Nice! Valkyria still on top 30. Me appreciate :)
People (who are NOT Sony) are hyping this up so much I have a feeling a lot of us will be disappointed no matter what it is. Would initially blame the BBC guy but it's really site like these that emphasizes certain statements made by the guy and make them more than it really is.
does the rumble work?
@1.0
I listen to him. Much more interesting than reading all this garbage N4G is filled with nowadayz. Especially those "5 reasons why PS3 will win" and then next day "5 reasons why PS3 won't catch up". Then Hiphopgamer comes on and says "Wolverine is better than GoW3". Then playstationlifestyle comes on and gives us "rumored" PSN content A DAY before it's released. Then we get reviews for a year old game from some unknown site and etc. Just too ...
Hmm 10 PS3 titles and 11 X360 titles? Maybe Lost Planet 2 will stay exclusive after all.
yea it's Winning Eleven is PES, but Winning Eleven comes out in Japan before US. So I don't think it is Winning Eleven.
lol can't believe they missed Guitar Hero World Tour w/ 2 guitars and a 25$ gift card for 70$ at Walmart.com
Not too shabby list though but some of them aren't really deals. I mean CoD:WaW for 57$? Saints Row 2 for 50$? That's either MSRP or very close to it. In fact I think I saw Saints Row 2 Collectors Edition for 50$ at Best Buy the other day.
Surprised as well. Finished the game and LOVE it. But never really cared much for the story. There were like 4 really good cutscenes but apart from that the presentation was too laid back, the characters felt kinda lifeless. I can't really disagree with him if he really felt that way but I certainly was not as emotional. In fact I felt it was kinda weird at the end.
****MAJOR SPOILER****
Why didn't anyone just shoot Maximillian and be done with it. And Faldio could've ...
hahahah that thread was funny stuff
don't know who approved it but I'm glad they did. Seems like I missed this trailer when it came out.
Tried to and didn't like it. Where would my Call Of Duty 4 be. Or Metal Gear Solid franchise. Or <insert pretty much any title>. See the gaming world would be filled with the stuff that Nintendo is doing, which to me is a bad thing. I probably wouldn't be playing games tbh (which actually could be a good thing... interesting).
Gotta say Call Of Duty 4. I don't even like FPS but CoD4 actually became one of my favorite games period. Single-player was great (maybe short, but I personally didn't think so) and the online is still great.
The only FPS that I enjoyed on the level of Counter Strike 1.5.
I wouldn't say that fooling people is out of the question. I think a small chunk of sales were people being "fooled". That said I think the majority were just really hardcore Halo fans.
the only reason why I have yet to try the game is because I heard at later levels you need a party to level up. Unless you do what the kids in South Park did. Kill millions of low level creeps
Think it probably would've gotten Mature rating anyway. The game is quite violent to begin with. DMC4 got Mature rating and I don't really see how Bayonetta is any less violent.
Oh that's right FFXIII demo dropped. (was puzzled since there were no PS3 games in the top 10). Anyway, it's cool to see the Wii is not on top anymore. That GameCube with a new enclosure and a new peripheral deserves worse.
Honestly, hearing how bad Operation Anchorage and The Pitt was. I've decided that I'm happy that these DLC aren't coming to the PS3. May sound a bit fanboyish but the truth is I was a big fan of Fallout 3 (only game I've gotten Platinum Trophy on btw). In fact I think I would've bought the DLC on day 1 without reading previews/reviews. But that's why I'm kinda happy. Because they both sucked (or so I hear) so I'm happy I didn't unleash my money on those DLC. As this DLC arrives I'm kinda burn...
It's true that disappointment is not the only reason for trading in a game, however there were LOTS of them. Every store I went through had like 10-15 of them at one point. You just don't usually see that many copies.
Plus, everyone was disappointed in the game. If you've read the forums, media and even the comments here and you'll notice it too.
Anyone who can tell me who reviewed it? Don't wanna give them any hits (it's a semi long and boring story).
