Actually Sony usually says "We don't comment on rumor or speculation". The words "completely untrue" are actually pretty strong words for any company.
It's weird and I'm likely the only one, but I love GTA3 the most. It had the best gangs/crews/mafia (Yakuza, Triads, Italian mob, urban gangs etc cmon that's awesome), it had the best city (you knew where you were just by looking at the buildings or the feel of the atmosphere) and I also think it had the best diversity of vehicles with the best handling (a great balance between fun and reality).
Wonder if there might be new games on it, rather than just retro games. That would be cool; new 8-bit games :)
Don't know what "type" of music it is but I generally love Motown music. May sound fake but it's kinda like Team ICO games, when you play it you never think of any specific genre but you know you love it (well for the cool people anyway).
my biggest issue with SOCOM was actually the controls. Who zooms with the d-pad? And even though it lets you customize your controls to some degree, there are so many limitations that it never truly feels familiar.
The game itself ran fine though and was actually not too bad but any newcomers be cautious. It's a more tactical game though and is more objective based than just plain run-and-gun. Just so people don't go in thinking it's gonna be a replacement for CoD. SOCOM is act...
wow never saw that one coming. Sounds like id Software itself hasn't changed much though.
lmao most important to come out of E3? If I only listened to Pacther and no other media, I'd probably think E3 was terrible considering the two most exciting news are non-related to games.
I'm pretty sure it's picture 8 but it's funny how we aren't all agreeing. Just goes to show how realistic the game looks.
Article like these is what bothers me. They know absolutely nothing about the issue at hand and they complain about it, and somehow it gets approved on n4g.
It's just freaking annoying. Here's the whole deal, some games will allow downloading (for ONE piece of content) in the background and some will not and thats the end of it.
Anyone else who's against online trophies? I mean I usually would have no issues with them except for the fact that sometimes there just is not enough people. Currently playing Motorstorm: Pacific Rift and there's rarily anyone playing Casual Races (I need 50 of these). I mean I can still get it but I would have to be VERY patient.
Not that I would've gotten the platinum anyway as one of them is about getting 3 wins in a row in ranked, which is impossible as the only ones who ...
Actually if the quote is true, then it sounds like it could play Playstation 1 games, which I think is very much possible.
I'd personally would be more interested in the Aino for remote play as playing games on phones is generally difficult (button placements is always weird).
I want this but what bothers me is that they have that card, which to me tells me it's probably gonna be a retail product instead of a PSN title. Which likely means 50-60$ and I was hoping for more around 20$
MGS4 was and is a total make over. He stepped out of his comfort zone and made arguably the best stealth game out there. In addition to that he made Zone Of Enders (after MGS2 I believe) which got high remarks and before that he made Policenauts and Snatcher, which also has been praised.
If Bungie would do even a tenth of what Kojima does, I would have at least some respect for them. But instead they go intendepent to do what? Not just one but two more Halo games? How much sen...
bam there it is. almost makes me want to get another one.
I gotta say inFamous is my favorite game out of the three. But I find Assassin's Creed crowd interaction and traversing capabilities to be more fun. The first is quite obvious, inFamous had little. For the latter I find inFamous' a bit too sticky and jumpy. There are times I just want to get down to a ledge a distance down but I end up sticking to other objects midway through my fall. Wish there was a button I could hold down to cancel all the stickiness, that would help a lot. Another thing ...
lmao haahhahahaahah those pics were great
If W@W was released right after COD3 it might have gotten to where COD4 is. That's not to say COD4 is better (far from it) but COD W@W is a really great experience and it would've been better had we NOT played COD4 which is still the superior game in the series.
this is like Milo without the creepiness, and it works (or that's what Joystiq is telling us).
lol for a site that covers "Gran" Turismo so much, they should really start spelling it right.
I love how the words "rumor" and "announced" is in the title.
