Maybe but at least in Japan, a lot of people have replaced their home consoles with a handheld. And I speak from a personal experience when I say that I play my PSP mostly at home, I don't expect everyone to do that but I would think there's a large portion that does. It works perfect as a platform you play right before sleep (and no its not due the games, I'm talking about the convenience).
I'm currently playing Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, which is awesomely great. People should...
Sev, just go back to writing your stupid ass rumored-PS-Store-content ONE WHOLE DAY before they're released. You and HHG don't deserve to be in the industry. You can stand there and say you have passion and all that but none of it comes out in your works. It's simple, you suck. You're articles is not worth one second of my life and I've wasted too much time already.
Whats up with Capcom these days. Do they even have anymore dev teams? Seems like they are just partnering up with a bunch of independent developers these days. I mean Bionic Commando, Dark Void, Dead Rising 2, Street Fighter 2 HD Remix and probably a bunch of others that I'm forgetting too. I dont get Capcom these days.
Lets just face it MS Fanboys. Natal is way overrated.
hey 1.5 million sales huh? Not bad, not bad at all. Shame to learn of the harsh environments of indie developers.
@BigPappy
@Point #2: the 3DV-Zcam is not the same design as Natal. They are both 3D cameras, but Natal for one, uses to lenses and has different software.
Just going on the fact that Microsoft bought 3DV Systems and announced Natal only a few months later. I have to say you are terribly wrong.
voted for ya
As a PS3 fan I find this year's lineup for 360 by far the best one the had. I think both SC and Alan Wake looks extremely good. Its the first time I'm actually excited for 360 exclusives (and I'm being totally honest here). I'm a huge MGS fan (hence PS3 fan) and SC is definitively my type, and I'm huge on single-player games so Alan Wake looks to be big on that.
I couldn't care less about the Gears Of War, Halo, Lost Planet, Crackdown, second-class JRPGs etc and even Mass Effect ...
PSLS sucks! They have not released any true news in a LONG time. If they do release news they do it in a rush as in the case of GT TV. They are the very reason why gaming journalism has died, getting there first is all that matters regardless of the quality of the content delivered.
I find it a bit sad that stuff like this is news.
I thought FFXII's ending was awesome. That is (sadly) when the story really took off (after being paused for a looong time).
To be fair there's story and script in pretty much every game. In other words, take it with a grain of salt. Don't get too caught up with his words.
I liked it and I thought SOCOM looked solid. In fact it looked pretty good in my opinion. Of course I'm just a Sony fan... ops wait, who's "disgusted"?
Was I the only one scratching my head on the first sentence?
"I've never been this excited about reviewing a game before and, to be frank, I wasn't that excited about reviewing God of War III before I played it."
lol, I was quite the avid reader of DF actually and I always thought they were more professional than lens of truth (which I still think) but I guess he is right. I always disliked it when he/they began putting in opinions in his "analysis" as they always seemed 360 biased but I figured it was just me being a PS3 fanboy and saw it that way. I guess I was right then and it wasn't my biased state of mind. The FFXIII comparison was actually extremely clear, the whole focus of that arti...
Losing Bungie would be the a big blow to Microsoft, if not the biggest. So I doubt Microsoft would let it happen, they would grant Bungie whatever they wish for. I think Bungie is just playing around just to keep everyone watching them.
Wow I thought I just had a hard time finding it. Glad I'm not crazy. Anyway, hopefully it's just because it's a demo and nothing else. Someone already mentioned it but it exist in Yakuza 2 (I haven't played the first one). There's no reason for them to cut it unless they're trying to save some money.
wow didn't they announce 3 million sold just recently? and 2.5 million a little bit before that again? Man this game must have a strong word of mouth.
Yeah description sucks for newcomers but so does the game itself (NOT noob-friendly). The game has a very hardcore audience.
It's funny but I think I actually buy more games due to the game sharing. I mean yeah me and my friends are not gonna buy the same game twice but we almost take turns in buying games and we almost have the whole PSN collection, at least the great ones.
