me 2 :D
To be fair those gold numbers can be mispresented as well. Almost every game (if not every game) comes with a 48 hour live card and as far as I know every new account opened gives you a free one month trial for Gold subscription. So measure that number in the month of Modern Warfare 2 and you can easily have 2-3 million extra users (possibly even more considering how well the game sold). Also to say every PSN owner has 3-4 accounts is also false, this would only count for a small percentage. ...
Do people just need a reason to hate? So what if they are fake? These are screenshots for fanboys to begin with and to stand up against this issue is to side with fanboyism. Take Square Enix' message, the game is going to be fine on both consoles so no need to compare, buy it on the console of your choice.
Actually he's probably right. Think about it, two wands + the PS Eye Camera would probably be around 100$. Natal just had it's built-in CPU removed so it's basically just a camera right now, 50$ for it sounds reasonable.
Sony will probably do a bunch of different bundles though. Two wands plus game for 60$. Or maybe Camera + 2 wands + game for 100$. I don't know but if you look at the history of Sony's accessories they've always been associated in bundles. Eye Play with Eye Toy,...
I'm sure it'll come in time. The tech is probably just not ready yet, oh and did I mention the tech is called OnLive?
Nothing new here, move along.
This is quite disappointing. I guess western developers really are a distance ahead of Japanese developers.
I'm cool with a fall release. It's not like I don't have any games to play during spring and summer. I just hope that they use this extended time to do something cool and not let the game sit in their garage just to release it in the fall like *cough* ODST *cough*.
I love this. I hate people who go prone and hide somewhere that is nearly impossible to see and then they get all of these kills and they talk crap.
It's funny how the article doesn't mention the 360 at all but somehow when it arrives at N4G, it does.
It is not just him/her that has an issue with your articles. They are quite often questionable for a lack of a better word. Honestly ever since you stopped posting those insider info, there's been nothing interesting on your site. Honestly stuff like "Rumored PSN content" that comes up literally a day before the actual content goes up, is just outright dumb. Just saying that it doesn't hurt us is not quite right either. I do not have time to go through every page of N4G every day so...
The Ancient Greek world actually does lend itself to an open world type of game. I think it actually would've been interesting to see the God Of War franchise in an open world rpg'ish like Dragon Age or Zelda 64 (I said rpg'ish). There is a lot of history that could be told and I actually do wish I knew more. I find GoW to expect the player to know a lot of the faces they introduce. I mean the Gods are often easy to identify but people like Icarus are more difficult.
Anyway I don...
Ahh geez can't people put this Rapelay articles to death already. We've heard it a million times now. Why dont we take a look at what we western gamers approve of shall we? Manhunt, a game about torturing the victim in the most painful way possible. Postal, a game that has no purpose but to piss on humans (literally). I mean seriously look at pretty much every shooter and it is pretty much killing people without a true cause (sometimes due to story being terrible). I mean come on people, rapi...
I love FFVIII and I love FFXII. I have no idea why FF fans has so much trouble with them. Those are my favorite FF games (love FFXII most though).
Some of what you're saying is true but he never confirmed that the game is going to be a blu ray release. He said the game is definitively large in scope for a PSN game but also left the impression that it was smaller than retail releases.
Anyway I just don't want people to be disappointed should the game only be released on PSN, which just for the record I personally doubt and believe it'll be a retail release.
Edit:
nvm got my facts wrong but yeah MW2 at 93k is fairly good number.
Just hearing the comments from Bioware everytime they ask this makes me believe that they at least are exploring a PS3 port. Whether they can manage to port it with performance on par or better than the X360 version is the real question in my opinion. If they can not then they'll drop it and if they can they will port it. That's what I think anyway.
I mean come on, everyone is dodging the question by saying stuff like "we're concentrating on the X360 and PC releases" or...
I thought it looked a bit too Gears'ish. That said it looked good but not really mindblowing as some hyped it up to be. If it sports the 4-player online/offline splitscreen, that would be extremely impressive. If not then it's not really that great.
Not quite true. I'm a PS3 fan and even bigger Kamiya fan. But if you've tried the demo then you'll realize that it's not really as great as GoW. Bayonetta were honestly just really bland in a way. I would honestly just mindlessly attack everyone and still win. The boss fights are a complete drag too, I guess they tried to make them difficult by putting a longer health bar, which in turn just made them straight up boring. The shooting is as always useless and should've been left out. Maybe I'm...
Anyone else who felt like this was written by a kid? It was quite awkward throughout the whole article (or the parts I read).
Ah well thats what I get for hanging out at N4G I guess.
I couldnt care less about the contestants or the prize or whatever. As long as its entertaining and free. I'm quite excited to see Jaffe as one of the judges actually. He's very fitting for such a role. I wish more game designers were present. Like Cory Barlog would do well as well. Jason Rubin as well. Peter Moore would've probably cracked everyone up all the while judging fairly.
