PPl don't realize that next year when M$ is charging you $500 for a xbox 720 and $70 for xbox live all any PC gamer has to do...if they want to is just buy a $200 or lower DX12 GPU whenever DX12 comes out to stay fully up to date.
Who's to say Sony or M$ will continue on with backwards compatibility? The Ps3 has already seen problems with that but a PC has total backwards compatibility.

5. DLC? most PC DLC is free. how is this an issue? Free DLC, Free Mods, Valve gives away Free Games (Alien Swarm). when was the last time you got a free game on the console...legally? GamersHell.com has a TON of Free PC games.

yeh but alan Wake took a whole year to reach 1 million and half those sales were at the $19.99 mark. Alan Wake lost so much money it's crazy.
KZ3 is a great game it's just sad that sales are slow. But with the engine already made 1.5 million should break GG even. maybe some great DLC or a combo pack will push KZ3 to 2 million.

Dirt 3 Pc looks awesome even in it's pre-alpha stage. Here's some footage of Dirt 3 running on a 3 monitor set-up. very fast and fluid.
This 3 monitor set-up is what HD6990 and 590GTX are made for, for those that wonder why anyone would buy a $700 graphics card or have ever said "There are no games that use that much power".

I agree with most of what your saying but M$ advertised the hell out of Alan Wake. Maybe not like Mass Effect 2 (3 minute Half Time commercial) but I saw alan Wake TV ads a lot and i generally don't watch much TV.

Remedy sold out for M$ cash and only bad things happen when you sale your soul to the Devil.
Alan Wake was originally an open world game for the Ps3 PC 360. remedy backed off the Ps3 because they lacked the talent to program for the Cell at that time. Then M$ comes in an buys rights for 360 exclusive thus ditching the PC and making the game linear.
Many PC gamers like myself were following Alan Wake from day 1 and were Pissed at Remedy's stupid busine...
