exactly that chart lacks a lot of PC Gaming revenue. Rift had over 1 million gamers day one making over $15 million dollars with the flick of a switch.
Most MMO's use micro-transactions to generate cash and that's not included. Plus online Poker is considered PC Gaming along side Facebook games.
WOW pulls in $100 to $150 million a month.
Team Fortress 2 has a few gamers making $20k a month.
PC gaming is growing. What the chart lacks is the huge amount of cash that is generated through MMO's. The game itself is free but players spend money through Micro-transactions.
the chart only somewhat tracks Software sales and not Micro-transactions which the PC uses a lot of. Plus I doubt those charts contain any monetary data from China where only the PS3 is sold in a Hong Kong while the rest of the country plays PC games or China only systems.

I don't see it as crying. I see it as a huge quality issue. YOU may think it's OK for Devs to release games with low quality, missing features, NO DX11 but I think it's totally insane.
Your attitude is why the quality of games have gone down while the prices go up. what's next $70 for a game then you have to pay $20 for the MP? or a game gets released and you have to wait for a patch to advance to the second level.

Most of the DLC now a days is already on the dam disc or is just parts of the game ripped apart, held back and labeled DLC.
Now that consolers are getting restless and want new consoles.....this is where the value of PC gaming shows up again. Any new console will be $500 and theres no guarantee it will play all your old games.
plus it takes a while for the kinks to be worked out RROD YLOD but if you had a PC you could just upgrade the graphics card for $250 and play all your old games no problem and enjoy the BRAND NEW tech today DX11 and not 2 console generations from now.

Nintendo does have tremendous game play. if they step up the graphics which would in turn boost the game play further....watch out world.

I saw the title and I would love to have a more mature rated Zelda. a Zelda with AAA graphics, open world, and along the lines of Elder Scrolls: Oblivion but with all the awesome extra game play and puzzles from Nintendo.
Basically put Zelda on the PC and make the greatest game ever
again back to my public education system in shambles rant....half the parents can't read what that big M on the box means anyway.
companies pay lobbyist big bucks to persuade politicians to look the other way so no fines will be leveed. "Worse Buy" "Box-Mart" and "Game Suck" sale M rated games to minors all day long with only a few decent employees asking for I.D. but at the end of the day it's BAD PARENTING plain and simple.

Crysis 2 + Killzone 3 + Homefront + Bulletstorm + Duke Nukem suck compared to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat Complete but if held at gun point and forced to play one of these titles i would have to go with KZ3 or Duke ...
