BF3 does not need prone. if you want prone then go play Arma II.
If you have Prone then I'm gonna want LEAN!! Now you have taken away the fast pace of the game and slowed it down to a Milsim that lacks bullet drop and ballistics. The Battlefield formula as is is perfect except for the bunny hopping. BF fits perfectly in between COD (arcade game play) and Arma II (milsim). BF Mon-fri ArmaII Sat n Sun

Half life to me is the pinnacle of video games. every new release raises the bar for the entire industry.
Look at Crysis 2...to me it sucks but I know valve will not disappoint like Crytek so I will be glad to wait for a 10/10 100/100 A++ game with DX11 on launch day and not some phantom patch.
NOPE! We may get episode 3 in Q4 2012.
Portal 2 is up next followed by DotA2 in the fall or early 2012.
You never know we may get Alien Swarm 2 after that but episode 3 has been in production for a while now. Valve spent a lot of time on water physics and the lighting techniques in Alien Swarm which will be in ep3.
As an Enthusiast PC Gamer who has 2 PC's capable of Maxing out all games....
The damage is already done. I have no enthusiasm about getting Crysis 2 until it hits the bargain bin. No DX11 is pretty sad for a game that set the bar so high back in 2007. Crysis really pushed PC gaming technology but Crytek decided this time around to just spit out a quick console port ala Activision and Modern Warefare 2.

I gonna say you can change it. all you have to do is cancel your registration then make a new one with the corrected information. Steam will automatically find your games. Make sure you back up all info before deleting the old registration so you won't loose info saved in the cloud (servers). I don't know if you can have multiple Steam accounts pointing to one PSN account...are you sharing PS3 and or Internet with a friend? why don'...

No way! some gamers want low end, some want Mid range then some want high end or Enthusiast level. I would be pissed if all i could get was mid range card.
optimization is not hard. The drivers are the same across AMD series and Nvidia series. it's up to the devs to work the kinks out of the game through beta testing which it seems they skip out on because of the PUBLISHER wanting the game out on this date.
Id uses OpenGL and Valve uses OpenGL for Mac actually all games on MAC are OPenGL (those that are made MAC specific). Nvidia and AMD cards both are OpenGL ready but Devs choose DX 90% of the time.
I like AMD (GPU's) but I wanna see them put their money where their mouth is and make a Demo running directly on the GPU and bypassing DX and show us the advantages over doing it on DX. Don't talk about it...Do it!!
