The gigabyte 560 ti > WAY Better THAN A HD 6790. Like i said there's NO reason to buy a HD6790.
If your planning on buying a Gigbyte 560 GTX may i suggest this one. Look at the stock core clocks of 950mhz. It's the best 560 gtx out and it runs as fast as a 570 gtx on some games.

BF3 is catered towards PC Gamers.....because it's a PC Game that started on the PC just like Call of Duty started on the PC. It was once the best shooter out before becoming the console casual crap that it is today.
I agree BF will not outsell COD...why because COD is an easy casual game that many people can easily play while those same people have a difficult time playing BF because those people have no gaming skills or they just prefer the ARCADE experience of COD ve...
I wish the EA big wigs would just STFU! Battlefield is in a league all by itself and has no need to compete with COD on any level. Sure I hope BF3 sales 30 million copies because DICE is such an awesome developer but it won't because BF is a CORE gaming experience.

I wonder how much Rockstar spent advertising for Vice City because I saw a Vice City commercials on WWE Raw and Smackdown every week for well over a year and a half after the games release. Go ahead and chuckle (yeh i watched wrestling ha ha) but it really bothered me that they were still running commercials for a year old game.
Your right because although Mass Effect 2 didn't cost a lot to make.....they must of spent $400 million dollars promoting that game.
I'm sure the 60 second Super Bowl commercial was at least $50 million by itself. I saw so many Mass Effect 2 commercials that I felt like i had already played the game by the time it was released.
Black Ops was even more crazier than that.
It's amazing that APB costing $50 million to make plus costing K2 Network X amount of dollars to buy(sorry i forgot and don't feel like Googling it) May very well make their money back because of the Free-to play Micro Transaction format.
15 hours is not bad at all and maybe the side quest will really be good and important. 15 hours is a whole lot better than the 5 hour crap Devs have been making lately.
Half Life 2 was about 20 hours with NO Side quest. Just goes to show you the game play value of the game in comparison to a CLASSIC. Now most games are under 8 hours, Linear, and $60 (on console) with NO replay value which is why Game-Fly and Game Stop are making so much cash.

At $159 i would take a 460 GTX over this.
WAY better performance by like 15 FPS per game at 1920 x 1080p with AA/AF. PLUS the 460 GTX overclocks very very well.
and if you got a second one later on for SLI it puts you at 480 GTX levels or better and completely CRUSHES a HD 6790 CF set-up.
Not disagreeing but they had one mistake publishing a third party title....

you can make 2 classes, if you want more you have to pay. small amount of free weapons, they are competitive but the ones you pay for seem to have a slight advantage as far as lower recoil and bigger mags.
I was in the closed Beta but now it's OPEN and boy you can spot the newbies....just look for the Helicopters flying upside down before crashing.
You have to have Bought Bad Company 1,2 or any Battlefield to get in on the Open.
Sure at 1280 x 1024 30 fps no AA 4xAF No post processing effects and in DX9 mode.
But if you want to game across 3 monitors at 1600p with 4xAA 16Af DX11 mode with max graphics then a 8800 just doesn't cut it.
