I disagree, I thought Samuel L Jackson was class in San Andreas. He really suited the role.
Exactly what I was thinking. IGN gave it 7.2.
Sucks for you, Pro Evo is awesome this year. I hope Konami keep it up from here on in.
What a cliche! As a die hard Resident Evil fan, I can say that the demo for RE 6 was a really bad experience; not just in terms of RE but in terms of third person action games in general. It didn't even get the basics like camera, shooting, inventory, etc. right.
A giraffe to be more precise.
I only played Leons demo. Started Chris's but turned it off after about a minute. I'm so disappointed with Capcom. Take Resi a different direction sure, but at least make sure the mechanics work! The camera, aiming, the inventory system all threw me off this game and it feels so far evolved from previous Resi games that I couldn't care less about buying it at the moment.
The only way to protest against developers doing shitty jobs is to not buy their game.
Depends on how you define "better". More innovative yes, better I am not so sure. The menus in FIFA this year are slick compared to previous FIFAs but the Tactical Defending still puts me off. I'll never get used to that. I have been playing football games since ISS on the SNES, I just thought there was some fundementals to how football games should control forever! Its a game breaker for me anyway.
I am back to PES this year for the first time in many year...
Yeah thats great except new release games on the PSN are around €25 dearer than their retail counterparts, for what reasons, I do not know.
I know, Pixel Junk Monsters is second best co-op game on PS3 :)
I can't imagine it will get low scores. I didn't like the demo at all anyway so I am on the fence about buying it. I thought Leons campaign was ok, Chris's I stopped playing a minute in and didn't even play the third campaign. The controls and camera are so clunky or something. Made for a bad experience.
Just renewed my annual subscription for around €36... Even the subscription for PS+ gets a discount from time to time :)
I'm delighted to say that its most likely going to be PES again for me for the first time in many years :) the PES 13 demo is awesome.
The main reason I don't like the 360 for football games is because I use the d-pad, which is far better on the PS3 controller. Other than that though I hated FIFA 12 after playing FIFA 10 and 11 to death. When devs change their gameplay mechanics its naturally going to piss some fans off, I'm one of them. Loving the PES 13 demo, so will probably go back to PES for the first time in years. I want to play the FIFA 13 demo before I decide but from what I have seen nothing much has ch...
I'm guessing you haven't played the PES 13 demo? It feels like its back to the golden age during the PS2 era. I used to play PES religiously until I migrated to FIFA 10. This year its back to PES for me. I really hope the online is solid though.
Yeah I didn't like 12 at all. I'm actually loving the PES 13 demo at the moment. I'll wait for a FIFA demo before I decide which to buy. PES seems like its back to the good old days!
Are you twelve years old or something?
Agreed, the new PES demo is awesome. Feels like its back to the golden age during the PS2 era.
"That's what people said about Battlefield 3 and look how that turned out... " what is wrong with BF3 exactly? It's the best online FPS out there.
I'm loving the new Pro Evo demo. Tactical Defending was a terrible addition to FIFA in my opinion. Can see be buying Pro Evo over FIFA for the first time in years. The demo plays the same as Pro Evo as old and then some.
The problem is that when it comes to Vita reviews, the games are reviewed as if they ought to be console versions squeezed onto a handheld. They are never gonna be as packed as their console counterparts. They should be reviewed for what they are, handheld versions.
