Todays networks aren't reliable enough or fast enough to support cloud gaming. Storage is a good idea and is a handy alternative. MS already charge for online gaming but I doubt Sony would go down that road because of the success of PS+. The Wii U has yet to impress me, everything about it so far has been so vague, even after E3. I wouldn't be surprised to see Nintendo sink back to bottom of the pile next gen. I think the next Xbox will be more of an entertainemt unit and the PS4...

Yup I agree. Set pieces are the only way to show off a GOW game. This was an underwhelming reveal compared to GOW 3's reveal which blew me off my feet with the sheer scale of the game. I hope Ascension can match that epicness.
I think the problem with KZ not being as popular online is the games story. BF and COD succeed because they are modern shooter which everyone can relate to, they dont need a story. Its harder to do that with sci fi shooters. Halo got the story right and a memorable protagonist, guarenteeing its multiplayer success. KZ characters and story are forgettable.

Yes really. I have Skyrim, Metro and Crysis 2 on PC. Heres another fairytale, graphics for games are not "photorealistic", they can only try to be. THIS^^ I was just about to say the same thing. Its been out a few months and sold 1.8 million with very little games. When the games start coming it will do well consistently. Im not too concerned about remote plat, cross platform play is where its at for me. Can't wait for E3!

Its a breeding ground of core gamers and when they see Microsoft announce nothing much bar Kinect titles ahead of E3 (like last year) its hardly going to stir anything but negative emotions in core gamers; core gamers who like me used to own a 360 (3 in fact) but got fed up with Microsofts new direction. If they started this gen pumping out casual software that would have been cool, but alienating a ton of your original fan...
Its nice to have options though. Some people might not easily have $400+ at any given time so the extra expense in the long run is worth it if it means you can get a new console straight away rather than having to wait for it. As an example I might have about 800 to pay off my credit card but I sure as hell ain't gonna pay that off in one shot, i'll pay it over months. Even if the interest adds extra cost I can afford it month to month rather than the whole thing at once.

I have played every GOW game, some more than once and I thought they were all great. This will be no different but this demo didn't have a hope to impress against GOW 3s demo with Kratos on the back of a moving titan. Regardless, its a day one buy for me.
