Paradise is also on the 360, yes, but Criterion had put the game as top priority and lead for the PS3 system. The Cagney update has already been out for the PS3 for a few weeks now but the 360 update "Cagney" has been delayed until August at the earliest.

According to VGchartz (who have a history of being wrong) the 360 outsold the PS3 the week of E3 because of the clearance sell of the 20GB system. The 60GB will be given the old $350 price and all of the other SKU's will remain the same price and not recieve a price cut.
After the 20GB is gone, the sales will stop.
The only reason why he's out there spouting his mouth off is because the 360 finally managed to outsell the PS3 in WW sales (according to VGchartz that is, but they've been wrong before) for the first time since Oct. 2007 and they've decided to do some smack talk.
I still expect the 360 to outsell the PS3 in America next week, but considering it's not even a price cut and just a clearance sell I doubt those selling numbers will even hold up.

O_o....really? It was looking "dated" after 5 years? You do realize that most of the games that the PS2 was famous for (and still lauded today as pretty damn high achievements in gameplay and graphics) didn't come out until 5 years in to the console's lifespan.

From a business standpoint if you can develop a game for one console and effectively place it on another console to regain money lost in the process then that's exactly what they are going to do.
