Isn't the "gung-ho buddy buddy" mentality supposed to be deliberate on the Mantel side?
They're supposed to be all on a drug-high and addicted to Nectar, so wasn't that the kind of corny "frat boy" thing that they were going for?
The only ones that don't act like that are Shane (for the most part) and that one guy who hadn't been administering Nectar and he was all nervous and mellow.
Maybe it is bad acting or whatever, but it looked ...
Considering that I take the reviews of Famitsu (who is usually a tougher crowd to please) a bit more seriously than IGN I think I'll take my chances with Haze.
From what I played in the Demo I thought that it was pretty darn good. I mean, it wasn't ground-breaking (although the nectar thing is kinda cool) in terms of shattering the genre but it was a pretty darn good demo.
I played the Conflict: Denied Ops for about 10 seconds before I trashed it. That game was awful...
Well, I don't think that Haze was ever advertised as being 1080p and running at 120fpm and I really don't think that you can honestly think that RFOM2 looks like "RFOM 1.00001b" or whatever. I understand that your kinda ticked that people are just trying to lynch Too human just because it's on the 360 instead of the PS3 but there is no reason for you to make up false insults just to try and get back at them.
As for bringing up Killzone 2 and its delays? Kinda like the...
I so freaking hate Namco-Bandai.
What does the 360 get? Tales of Vesperia...
What does the PS3 get? Afro ****ing Samurai?
I SO hate Namco-Bandai.....Grrrrr
You can't compare Black people to Homosexuals. You just cant.
A person cannot change their race. A white person can't be asian or black or hispanic. A Black person can't control their skin color just by performing a different action. A white person cant change their skin color just by acting differently.
However, a Gay person (male or female) can control who they go to bed with at the end of the day. A gay person CAN control what actions they take and a person of dif...
"You are born gay. It's not a choice. I couldn't suddenly choose to dig guys one day. It's just not how my brain works."
You would be hard-pressed to prove that considering there is NO evidence supporting genetic links to Homosexuality. The most recent labeling of Homosexuality was calling it a "Psychological Syndrome" and that was the official category of it by the American Psychological Association until it was removed to due people claiming that it was &quo...
It's called "self-association" or "Lookatme Syndrome".
People like to apply their own self-imposed labels upon themselves so that others can readily identify them for what they are. It is only done for their own benefit to tell -everyone- that sees them where they stand regardless of how others might feel about it.
Labeling oneself as "thegaygamer" is pretty much just asking for trouble in a place like Xbox Live. Why? You ask? Well, ther...
Why would Sony talk about Blu-Ray concerning their internal finances?
Considering that Sony is just a -member- of the BDA (Blu-ray Disc Association) the success of the High-def format doesn't rest solely upon Sony's shoulders.

ZOE?!....Awesome, Awesome to the Max.
Anyone else think that the imprisoned monster might be Steve from Code Veronica?
In the PS2 version (that was extended and had all those Wesker scenes) it was said that Wesker recovered Steve's corpse and that he could be brought back to life. Kinda like in the same way that Wesker was brought back to life after the Tyrant gutted him and killed him in RE1.
Just a thought though. I was just thinking about that and figured since Chris is still chasing after Wesker then...
I was hoping that Tales of Vesperia would come to the PS3.
What is that game at the top of the picture though? It's labeled as a PS3/360 game but I can't read Japanese. All I know is it says "IV" at the end of it.
This game was also supposed to be on the PS3....What happened to it?
Gamespot, Kotaku, and a few others had it pegged as PC/360/PS3 ever since it was announced (and it was announced for PS3) so what the hell happened?
I'm actually going to come to the defense of the 360 here and say that it is incorrect to claim that the Xbox 360 has "nothing".
Gears of War and Bioshock were a total blast on the PC so anyone who has them on the 360 should consider themselves lucky. I'm a PC/PS3 owner and I'll admit that I'm still jealous that they got console versions and didn't have to upgrade ANY HARDWARE just to be able to play them like I had to do with my PC.
Not to mention the 360 ...
the only thing I would like to correct about Greenbergs statement is:
"Think back to GDC 2007 when Sony promised to leap ahead in online with the Sony Home unveil. Here we are two years later and multiple delays for a product that has appears to have little to no buzz."
He claims its been two years since the unveiling when it has only been one year.
Oh, almost forgot, the E3 he is talking about is 2005 which was still a year and a half before t...
It might just have been fan-service but since Aika and Vyse appear as playable characters in the PS3 PRG game "Valkyrie of the Battlefield" (Valkyrie Chronicles) they may be hinting at a new sequel to the game.
And since Sega has been pushing the Canvas engine pretty hard and the art direction for VC seems very similar to the old designs on Skies of Arcadia....well....they might be telling us something.
I just hope that it comes to the PS3. I need some more...
What part of "terms like 'fanboy' and 'droid' aren't welcome in the gamer zone do you not understand?
While your free to express your opinion if your not going to apply by the standards and rules of the Gamer Zone then you should only comment in the Open Zone.
Also, the reason why certain comments get more disagrees or agrees than others is, just maybe, there are more people who share the same sentiments as the poster who made the comment. If Sony fans actually ...
Your comment is offensive and rhetoric like that is only supposed to be seen in the Open Zone. Your in the wrong place and talk like that isn't welcome here.
EDIT: I'm not saying that you don't have a right not to be offended about something someone says but lashing out in some insult-laced tirade isn't going to change anything. All it does is make it seem like you've lost your cool and when you've done that the other opposing side in the argument can just use that against you. ...
Your grammar is atrocious and about the only thing I could think of in a response to your babbling is "Uhh...what?"
I still think it's a PS3 exclusive.
The Playstation Official Magazine even put a little message box in the preview that talked about the debate of it being multi-platform or not.
It says something like this: "While there has been debate on whether or not Haze is a timed-exclusive we can say taht we have confirmation from Free-radical and Ubisoft that it is, indeed, a PS3 exclusive. That's right, It's all ours."
Something to that effect and that...
Ubisoft, are you saying it is delayed? or not? I mean....if it isn't delayed then what is the harm in saying that it isn't going "back to the drawing board"?
Surely an official statement can be made asserting that the game isn't being restarted without letting out release timelines.
