The timing of this may very well have the Transformers & Shrek on the shelves right around the holiday season. That coupled with any kind of low priced players may make things really interesting at the end of this year. I really think the magic price point is anywhere from $200 to $250 dollars. The reason for asking...what keeps a group of people from aquiring the best cards and then scanning them to high quality paper? You technically could start a black market(PDFs) for the best cards. With other types of these games you play your opponent face to face so you can see if they are using legit cards or not, but over the internet how can you be sure? If superior technology was the simple answer then I should go out and drop $10,000 dollars on a holographic drive...its specs blow everything else out of the water, but as with everything price matters. While Blu-ray may be considered marginally better, it may not be economically the best choice for the mass populace. I would guess that less than 15% of the population has the disposable income to go out and buy a $10,000 - $20,000 surround sound setup to make that difference apparent.

I appeared to be stuck at 20%...powered cycled my 360 and went back in to re-download...now it shows me at 28% immediately. It must not be updating my progress for whatever reason...not too helpful.

It's all tit for tat...I'm sure SONY was making promises to all these companies before this all started. They may have not paid anyone but there are many ways to entice people with (proposed/estimated) numbers. When it comes to it NO ONE is clean from guilt or shady actions, because if they were then all movies would be out on both formats and we (the majority) as consumers would be deciding the outcome.
