Ah, you lucky bastiches. Wish we had that on PSN, but Discs of Tron even more so.
Anyone try it yet? Is it actually out yet?
Bah, the quibbles are nothing more than growing pains. The bottom line is that the Elite is probably the best choice for new 360 owners. If/when I decide to get one, it certainly won't be an iPod-white one, and it won't be a 20GB model, esp. with the ludicrou$ HD-upgrade path.
It's a great machine, but I don't like how they've segmented the market so early in the 360's lifespan.
They've been pretty cagey about their online plans, so I think that their "online support" will probably be limited to ranking or this other unmentioned "feature" he was suggesting.
I'd venture to say that the VF series is probably the most likely of all fighting games to remain offline. From what I hear (and remember), it's pretty merciless as far as timing goes.
But who knows. Maybe they'll just offer it anyway, and let people decide for t...
WTF is your problem, you little fanboi punk?
I was just suggesting that what the developers had in mind might be the possibility of watching a streaming off-line match between players, either computer or "Player 2".
What the hell was there in my comment that you could possibly take offense to? I said nothing against any console, in fact my comment was pretty positive.
Are you even aware how popular user-videos of gameplay have become? I...
View live matches of people playing locally on their 360.
Sounds like something along the same lines as what Phil Harrison was saying they wanted to bring to their network, eg viewing games in progress, captures of gameplay/replays, etc.
All in all a great idea. If they can get the streaming tuned enough so that sending that over the net isn't going to interfere with VF5's killer timing, of course.
Google translation of your Japanese comments:
"Someone has known cheerful gamers, whether you worry. As for the same type as for this time of everyone excessively the cheerful people or what must be bent. The i sexual intercourse that am. Gay is cool my donkey!"
And just for the hell of it, I ran it through Chinese-to-English too:
"He sent them perceive But you will not perceive Yang gamers not know, do I know. And the same is all t...
You don't know much about how the world works, do you?
For chrissakes, I see a dead goat hanging in the window of my local butcher every day. Get over it.
(edit: Ha! A disagree? What, you know my butcher shop? ;)
Imagine that. The first assinine comment was in the very first post. Wow.
Grow up.
The inclusion of an HDMI cable would have been a waste. I think their decision to include a backwards-compatible AV port was the smarter move.
Chances are the majority of people who were going to run their PS3 on component would already have the PS2 component cable. I'm surely glad I didn't have to buy another one.
Whoah, that was a poorly-written fanboy rant. Most of those "missteps" are just fanboy-fodder. Why are blogs-like pieces like this considered news? There are many other well-written critical editorials out there; we don't need blog-like scribblings like this.
There are ways to do it, though you require an ext. PS.
Who's Onkyo?
Hmmm. Try http://www.avsforum.com/ for starters. There's more out there than just RCA and JVC...
You couldn't do what Sigma does on-screen at the same time with the Gears' level of detail. At least, at the time Gears was made. That's one reason it's not an balls-out FPS.
Great demo. Played through to unlock the new modes, but I have to get back to work now. Still, some more fun for the weekend.
Oh yeah: Damn trap door! @#%!%
Definitely up for installing that in my PS3.
What a great inbox surprise to wake up to. I'm signed up; waiting for the email.
Who the fack would be disagreeing with your post? oh yeah, n/m.
Exactly. It's its own reward. Until it becomes an official receipt-issuing charity, I don't see anyone being able to write off their electricity bills. ;)
Still, as recently suggested, maybe Sony will come through with some sort of PSN-related reward for users logging some units.
Sure, and the SanDisk is a faster card too. But you don't get the DVD loader, which is the only reason for buying this product over another brand.
