Yes, which is why I phrased it as a question. Which itself would have been unnecessary if he had typed in clear, complete sentences. ;) What he wrote could be take either way.
I think the Westys run everything at 1080p, don't they? I've been following the Westy 37" for a long time now, and AFAIK it upscales everything to its native 1080p.
Who are these ludicrous fanboys with nothing better to do than to make fools of themselves?
Petition for MS to fess up to hardware problems, petition Sony to offer a Shockaxis/SHOXIS/rumble controller upgrade program, but for fack's sake enough with the stupid petitions.
The differences are striking. Now I have to re-tune my HDTV shopping to include full-RGB support. ;)
Hmm? You know Folklore is a PS3 exclusive, right? SCEA is publishing it.
On the Sony press release, there's this note at the bottom:
" 1. DVD-ROM (including DVD Video content) can only be upscaled with HDMI compatible TV sets. "
I think that means that DVD upscaling is limited to HDMI connections.
Well, considering the recent news about the OS footprint and Sony "saving room for really advanced features" in the future, that's exactly what I'm thinking too.
<boing!>
Your response to Grown Folks' reply proves his point.
(I go away for a week, and, what, I expected this place to change? Hmm.)
No, wrong. They shipped 10 million in a year, not sold-through.
What a dork. What's this, "Hitman: Codename O.C."?
Statham would have been better if he was actually tall.
Vin Diesel is too big, and not white.
They should have used a no-name/low-name actor.
No, you missed the end of the sentence regarding Killzone. "...because we’ll have some updates on that." There is no confirmation in his awkwardly-worded comments that KZ will be playable.
Actually, no, the 6-Million XBL users figure isn't only paid-users, it's all levels, including free, and including all old Xbox users too.
It's still an admirable number that shouldn't be discounted by anyone.
That's because you're not generally going to get the same amount of detail with a first-person shooter on the scale of UT than you would with the reduced focus of a third-person shooter like Gears.
Sure, there are cheaper ones out there. The SanDisk is the better choice (actually I'm picking a 4GB one next week when I hit New York), and you can always risk something cheaper on eBay. But keep in mind this is a first-part brand, which is always more expensive, and you're paying a premium for the DVD installer. That's the only reason to buy this over any other stick, Sony or otherwise.
I don't think people realize that's the point of this particular product: the DVD inst...
It's freakin' Gauntlet for chrissakes. Not a AAA game.
What are you talking about? The product in question is one of the new Sony releases with the DVD installer. This was announced last year, and I think some may already have been available.
This has nothing to do with eBay or "fake" memory cards.
Please stop spamming. You're not contributing anything.
+1 to you because you used the word "befoul." :)
EXTREMELY cool. Good job.
Go kick another puppy, Cupcake.
