They will look at the greatest number of potential sales, which would be whichever standard has more potential buyers. It'll be "Stand-alone + 360 w/add-on" vs "Stand-alone + PS3".

I've always pointed out that the way Konami phrased their "exclusivity" assurance ("*MGS4* will only be on the PS3") did not rule out a "Metal Gear Solid: X360-SubTitle"-kinda game.

Regardless of how good Killzone ends up being, it couldn't outsell Halo 3 due to the number of 360s versus PS3s (at least in the near future, and provided H3 isn't a complete flop). Anyone who's expecting KZ to surpass the hype, or to outsell Halo 3, has to realize that both goals are relatively unachievable.

Regardling of which platform is the lead, I'm faithful to the Timesplitters guys. Their production values, attention to detail, visual style, and comic edge have hooked me since the first TS game.
