It's not fake -- it's only available to European testers. I'm in the North American group and there's nothing new here. I was only prompted to download home square and market updates, and so far I can't see anything different.
Though, I have noticed it's more responsive after you 'leave' a store.
"BIOSHOCK IS NOT COMING TO THE PS3"
Hey, will you go on record saying that either "Bioshock" or "any Bioshock" is not coming to the PS3?
Are you just hoping to leave it open ended for when a sequel or re-mix version comes out, so you can say "Well, I meant a 100% faithful version of only the original game!"?
No one outside of the people behind the game can say with any certainty that "no Bioshock game whatsoev...
What a poorly-written editorial based on rehashed, now-stale information. The writing is barely par for the average blog.
This "article" is pointless considering the computer running SP3 is so out of date.
Other reports (except for AMD machines) contradict this blog post.
They did comment on it already. I think there's a news post here about it somewhere. They said they were aware of an issue with a limited number of both PS3s and 360s, so it's not confined to a single platform or even a SKU within the platforms. (EG. only 60GB PS3s)
Hopefully a solution will be available soon, but in the meantime I've heard that erasing the install file and game save seems to clear it up.
Doesn't matter: The Chad should spend less time on the golf course and more time reading, because he sounds like an illiterate khaki-wearing soggypants.
But, in response to your comment: I agree. ;)
(Isn't anyone else laughing at the site's exclamatory definition of "cut-scene"? Gee, thanks Mr. Gamer-than-thou!)
"'Comment': Device used by strangers to point out your small peen-or."
I kcuffing agree. ;) Wholebubbleheartedly.
Worst blog post I've read in a while. Pansyarsed-Mc'CollarFlip should ask permission before ever approaching a keyboard again.
I'm posting this now before reading the full source just to say how I whole-kcuffing-heartedly agree.
Now, after reading it, I have to admit it's a very honest and surprisingly insightful comment on the direction games have been going for a few years now.
Kudos to the guy for his candor and guts to post this great example of what a blogitorial should be.
Ha! Imagine that.
I wonder if this will include such features as steering, a button to slow down the vehicles and yet another to make them go faster.
If you ask me, those are things that are absolutely required for this sequel to have any chance of succeeding. But, I guess we'll just have to wait for the "reviews".
"First Look": Hardly. It's an aggregation of what little is known.
Say "First Look" when there's something of the game to actually look at.
Exactly. Ripped right out of this thread, most likely:

After post#100, there are a tonne of great pics and animated gifs.
I wouldn't be surprised it the blogger himself submitted this one after he found them on GAF.
Ah, I thought MGS4 was T, not "M", and the DMC bundles were in Japan-only, not here.
Before this, the only other official N.A. bundle I've seen was Motorstorm. And since movie-wise they didn't bundle R-rated movies (Talladega Nights was the cut version), I thought it carried over to games too. My mistake. But in North America, I haven't seen any M-rated game bundles yet.
All other reports about GTA4 bundles have been linked to specific retailers. The po...
I think what a lot of people are missing is the point that these are not Sony (or Microsoft) bundles, rather they are retailer-specific "offers". You're not going to be getting a new Sony box with GTA on the cover. You're going to get a PS3 and a separate copy of the game.
AFAIK, Sony will not bundle M-rated games with their official SKUs.
A blog site with this story being the only one, posted April 1st.
Regardless of the date, this is rubbish. The blogger doesn't even have a profile.
This one reeks.
Yeah, could someone add a spoiler warning to the title, or in the summation? Geez.
Read the full article. Her son's a network guy who's doing it as an experiment.
This is so bloody OLD.
It was an AP article from July. I read it in <gasp!> print newspapers at the time.

But they have failed to live up to their initial promise consistently. The $29.99 Warkhawk download is $32.99 on PSN Canada. It shouldn't be more than $30.99.
Not that the extra 2 bucks would stop me in this case, but it's just one example. Other $0.99 downloads are $1.50 or even $1.99, IIRC.
I thought it was hilarious. Itagaki's a pr1ck: his fans love that he's a pr1ck, and the fact that HE knows he's a pr1ck goes towards what makes him such a fantastic pr1ck. Take the best Chuck Norris jokes and replace "Chuck Norris" with "Itagaki" and the jokes just get better.
But to get upset over the Eurogamer comments just because they're more colourful than your average fawning review goes beyond fanboyism and borders on outright idolatry.
