It's like Sony's version of a Ipod nano that has no display, but has no messy headphone wires to get tangled in. Looks like a good option for joggers.
I'm completely with "TEAM YES" on this. It could be the "dawn" of better times for the psp (pun absolutely intended).
I'm not sure MS would want their Zunes division or their internet search engine connected to better prospects like Windows 7 or the 360 at the moment.
If they believed in karma, they'd best quarantine the Zunes and other failing divisions to their own sub-basement...really, really far down like that movie descent (such a depressing ending for a movie).

I think Gran Turismo psp took a back seat to motorstorm psp. I'd expect some type of GT psp announcement closer to the release of GT5. If sony is really smart, they'll release a GT game for the initial release of the PSP2.

You have obviously never played Down Stream Panic, LocoRoco, Patapon or Crush for the psp, otherwise you would not be commenting on the lack of original psp games.
The DS has a higher ratio of crap than the psp. Did you play Bratz,
Petz, learning _____ on the ds, cooking mama, assassins creed ds etc. FYI, I got my DS before my psp, yet I have roughly the same number of quality games on both platforms, with the edge going to the DS.

I'm fine without the umd, but even with a harddrive, I think a media of some type is necessary for the people without access to the internet or high-speed dsl/cable. I'd be fine with mini-blurays, then we could all essentially have a handheld PS3 on the move.
Would that be the same mind-numbing boring gameplay I get from GTA4? You must find it more amusing that Yakuza undercut SO4's wind of influence on the 360 in one week. You might even like to see the Advent children blu-ray numbers on the PS3 later this quarter, and that's not even a game.

If your going by attach rates, then pretty much every 360 fanboy can STFU with regards to most multi-platform games that have a better attach rate on the PS3, like GTA4, DMC4, SF4 and no doubt even RE5 due to be released soon.
Here I thought, the most important thing to 360 fans were sales numbers like GeOW2, Fables 2, yet now attach ratio is status quo? A sword cuts both ways, and regardless of how you look at it, there's no denying that Yakuza 3 did ...
Fat chance of that happening, unless the game ends with Nintendo or Sony, more preferably, PSP or NDS. From this point on, 360 can expect to pick up leftover crumbs for the rest of the year.
TOV and SO4 were developed as 360 exclusives, b/c the PS3 wasn't even available for game development in year 1 of the 360. I highly doubt that most titles, rpg or not, will be 360 exclusives from this point on.
The only exception, are a few korean made rpg's that I expect will remain 360 exclusives. The korean rpgs, however, are pretty much all equalized by the new exclusive Shin Megami Tensei game being made for the PS3.
I agree that the PSP2 won't be without a media of some type. I expect digital downloadable games, however, may be available at the same time as a media-based version on day 1 for release. I'm expecting a release like warkawk or socom confrontation, where a blu-ray version and a digital download are available almost at the same time.

I'd be happy if Wada stepped out the door now. Wada has no clue WTF he's doing and he'll regret it in the end, if companies making better games like Mystwalkers, Atlus and Level-5 start stepping to the forefront.

Nothing special sales wise, if you ask me. 360 gets the prime light for a month max, before going back to obscurity. The rest of the year goes to Nintendo and Sony.

I'm pretty sure fans of all stripes could agree that if Sony hadn't entered the race, we'd be stuck in casual land with a Wiimote glued to our hands.
We wouldn't have more mature games like GTA, Tenchu, etc. that pushed boundaries to where they are now. I'm quite happy that Nintendo decided not to go with the system Sony developed for them, otherwise it'd be a really boring console race.

Try explaining multi-platform/exclusive multi-disc 360 games while your at it. When your done, please look into why blu-ray movies generally look and sound better than their dvd equivalent's.
