How did this crap get approved?
don't get me wrong, I love the gameplay, and I've got my limited edition on pre-order. It's just, I can't help but feel short changed somehow.
TO be fair thought, DICE did over hype the whole Frostbite2.0 thing on consoles. THe game currently looks worse than BFBC2 and that's not a good thing. Here hoping that the Beta is indeed an old build of the game. If not Frostbite 2 on consoles would be a big let down.
You can't judge a game by it's Beta. Wait for the full release then ask if it lived up to the hype!
Seems like both FFvsXIII and Last Guardian, are both holiday 2012 releases.
The tanks regenerate upto a point. Once they are heavily damaged they will then need an engineer to repair the tank. If the tank however sustains further damage, it will become disabled and will be rendered immobile. The guns will still work though.
talk about cross-brand advertising. Is MW3 advertising Jeep, or is Jeep advertising MW3? o.O
Should be the other way around. It's BF3 that's taking on MW3. Everyone ususally roots for the underdog, and I'm rooting for BF3.
ermm... the games are not out yet, so it's impossible to say which is better.
but my money's on BF3 having better gameplay. The sheep however will be bleating for MW3 as usual, and it will dominate sales sadly.
EA really laying on the smack talk thick and fast. But yeah BF3 will undoubtedly have more depth thatn MW3.

When you have a team that works well together, and you and your squad are defending the very last MCoM station while the enemy's tickers steadily count down to zero. Then just at the last minute, the station gets destroyed, adn your team loses.
Thing is, because your team worked well together throughout the match (and you end up with a whole bunch of 'pins' and medals - you come out thinking - "what a great match"...
Dude I tried to platinum BC2. Man that is one hard platinum trophy to get. I can't imagine what it'll be like trying to plat BF3... especially as it's suppose to have 5 years worth of unlocks.

Unfortunately Activision will make damn well sure that COD continues. No one sells their cash cow, least of all Activision.
For better or worse COD is here to stay long after the sun sets on this gen.
Dude firstly if you look closely at the poster you'll see that it doesn't actually say 'Final Fantasy XXVII'. It's more like 'Final ... XXVII' because the words on the poster are obscured by the image.
My point is that it does not count as advertising if you cannot fully see what they're advertising. This is more fan service and advertising.

That's twice as many reasons for me to get BF3 over MW3!
UC3 is my must have game this year, but tbh I'm more hyped right now for BF3.
Here's hoping they have a game mode with just airborne vehicles and anti-air tanks and kit. That would be so awesome!
I have't made up my mind yet about this game. Seems to use stale game mechanics.
Great article gets a '+' from me. I still return to Demons again and again, just to gather enough souls so I can level up. I haven't managed to beat 'The Penetrator' yet. I just havent got enough stamina. I'm hoping to beat the game before Dark Souls comes out, cos I know that when I get my hands on Dark Souls, there won't be much hope for any other games for a while.
