BluRay is the superior format in the eyes of more people, including myself, because of its higher storage capacity. However, some people preferred HD-DVD because it supposedly performs better and has features that BluRay can't do (hence the "superior" comments). I've also heard some people say that HD-DVD had slightly better picture quality. I've never experienced HD-DVD in action first hand, so I can't really say for myself.

LA Noire was a PS3 exclusive all along. That's one of the games that the PS3 had that I wanted to come to the 360, so I'm pretty excited.
As far as RDR 2, I haven't heard to much on it. I'm not sure what the PS3 exclusives are.

I'll always be a console gamer, because I like the controller better than a keyboard and mouse, and I'd rather sit in my living room and play in front of my TV than in my office in front of my monitor. Not to mention, console gaming is more popular, and the greatest selection of games are on consoles.

The Wii is great for parties, but to satisfy the hardcore gamer, we all know it offers very little. It doesn't help that the third party titles feel like they're just thrown together. Off the top of my head, the only third party title I can think of that's worth getting is Resident Evil 4, possibly my favorite game ever.
With Madden and GTA, it would be guaranteed to sell. The last thing we need is another console to lock up franchises.

Casual games are great for parties. Casual games are simple, but lack depth. They won't keep you interested for nearly as long as a well produced hardcore game like GTA.

I was listening to Opie and Anthony, and Opie had to take his new PS3 back because it would accept or properly eject the game disc. I like those type of disc loads that the PS3 and the Wii have (just like a car CD player), but the only problem is, they jam up more than any other kind.
For sharp turns at high speeds, I found it helpful to let go of the accelerator (right trigger), and tap the left trigger and the A button at the same time, for a split second. But yeah the driving is wild, and it does really feel different for each car.
Less blurry, better colors, at least judging by this video, and this is the best comparison video I've seen. I saw one comparison shot from a different site where the 360 version had a greenish tint and the PS3 version looked better. I guess the source makes things a little different.
