You can get the 120 GB HDD for less if you know where to look. But you're right, it's overpriced. Being able to upgrade with a universal HDD is something that the PS3 does right that the 360 doesn't.
Quit making excuses. I've never seen so many conspiracy theorists. They couldn't make it look THAT worse looking. Sorry that the PS3 isn't the super machine that blows everything else away graphically that it was hyped to be by Sony.

The PS3 will be profitable in the end. Sony has no choice but to have a long term strategy with the PS3, which isn't a bad thing. I thought that they were at least breaking even by now. Who would've thought a few years ago, that Sony would be the last to turn a profit for this generation?
I like the idea of the game installs. It will allow for bigger games in the future. Some people will have to buy a hard drive, possibly, but screw 'em, who cares. An HDD is necessary this gen.
Just be honest and admit that the 360 version looks slightly better. Not that it matters, unless you plan on playing the game.

This game will be memorable, no doubt about it. It may even be a tearjerker, if they tell the story right. I'm guessing that Snake dies at the end by what they wrote. However, if you think this game will magically make the 360 disappear, you're sadly mistaken.

That's true, every game has low text resolutions (most of the time, it's things along a wall, like clocks or doors, stuff like that). I think the article was just claiming that it has the usual faults, and not that it was just a PS3 problem. Then again, I didn't actually read the article :-D.

The PS3 offers more jaggies. Go into any GameStop and look on the PS3 display. I couldn't believe how many jaggies Heavenly Sword had. Wow.
The 360 offers a better online service, a better games library, a far superior controller and better exclusives.
MGS4 will come in 32 days and kick ass. But it won't sell as much as Halo 3, and it will come and go. There won't be a Judgment Day. The 360 will go on and unleash Gears 2 on the videogame world this November.

MainEvent, you say the 360 shouldn't be considered next gen. It's funny how it handles most games better than the PS3 does. Not to mention, the graphical benchmark will be set by the 360 this November when Gears 2 comes out.
