The 360 is last gen? Those are some harsh words for the system that produces the best graphics and games. That's just my opinion though. Oh yeah, and the opinion of about every website that rates videogames.
The Wii is a novelty. It is a cool system with a couple of amazing games (Zelda and Mario), some decent games, and a boat load of mediocre and crappy games.
I applaud Nintendo for having the guts to make it though. They could've attempted to make an HD console to compete with the 360 and PS3, but it would've failed to attract the hardcore audience due to the poor third party support. Gears of War 2 will be a success. Nintendo has Mario and Zelda. Xbox has Halo and Gears of War. It will be a Game of the Year candidate for sure.
Gears of War 2 will be more successful and score higher than Resistance 2, just like the original GOW scored higher and was more successful than Resistance 1. Bank on it, and stop being to bitter.

I don't get why people do these game and system features lists. I could just as easily do one for the 360, but by doing that, I would become the type of person that disgusts me.

I'll get this game just because it's Splinter Cell. The original Splinter Cell changed my tastes in gaming forever. I got away from the more cartoonish games like Mario and Zelda, and more into the shooters because of Splinter Cell.

If I wanted something like Home, I'd pick up the Sims. I honestly hope that MS doesn't come out with something like that, unless they have the option to avoid it at startup. I'll take the sleek, easy to use 360 and Live interface any day.

Hey, I've said all along that there are pros and cons to owning each console. One perk for the 360 is that it will deliver a richer GTA IV experience. Just when we've played the game through and through, they will release some kickass new missions for us.
Lazlow rules. He goes on the Opie and Anthony show a lot and is pretty funny. Speaking of O and A, the whole gang is in the game. I'm sure you'll be able to hear them any time you get into a car. I am a HUGE O and A fan, as if you couldn't tell by my screen name :-D.
The first Gears of War left everyone wanting more and Gears of War 2 will deliver. Read the GOW2 article in the latest issue of Game Informer. This game will kick ass, and will be right there with MGS4, GTA IV, etc. as a GOTY candidate.
For me it's also an easy choice on which console to buy GTA4. Why? Because I don't own a PS3.

This game looks cool. I'm glad that mods are coming to the 360 version, even if they are not open mods, which could possibly come at a later date.
I'm undecided for this game. I may get it, or I may wait until the main event, Gears of War 2.
There a good chance that MGS4 will win GOTY, but it's not a given. GOW2 has a very good chance too.
