Phew. Luckily, I'm in the 2/3 that got a good 360.
Hopefully MS will learn from the past and make sure the next Xbox doesn't have this problem. I think they will, since no company wants to repeat that nightmare. Not to mention, they've done a good job with the newer 360's in correcting the problem.

Spenser, I think you need to get your eyes checked. The 360 version does indeed have the edge. Aquanox is right though, it's not that big of a deal. Just like every other generation, there will be games that look better on the PS3, and games that look better on the 360.
It just so happens that this game, like 95% of the other multiplatform games thus far, looks slightly better on the 360.
It won't be over until MS decides to stop making games for the 360. A little game called Gears of War 2 will make a huge impact. Not to mention, UT3 will be on 360 soon. Sure it won't have mods, but oh well.
Not to mention all of the heavy hitting games that used to be PS exclusives like DMC, GTA and Resident Evil will help too.
Then there's other big exclusives like Fable 2 and Splinter Cell to look forward too.

Yes. It has the best game library this gen. Mine has never come anywhere close to overheating.

I had no intentions of picking this game up, but after playing the demo, I guess I'll have to add another one to the list. Capcom is a great game company. I CANNOT WAIT for Resident Evil 5.
The 360 version is sharper and has better textures. It is especially evident when the giant burning creature appears. Look at the ground as well. The game looks beautiful for both systems.
It looks better on the 360 version. If you look at the shots with the dragon in the background especially, look at the scales on the dragon. The textures are better on the 360 version and slightly more sharp.
I beat the 360 demo awhile ago, and I actually like the game. I didn't think that I would (I've never owned a Sony system, so I've never played any DMC game). I wish that you could have total control of the camera though. That's my only nitpick. The game looks amazin...
Video games better not become a "hot button" issue. There is no issue. They have ratings on the front, clear as day. You can't censor forms of entertainment, or make everything rated G or E simply because there are kids out there. Parents need to do their job, not rely on the government to do it for you. I won't vote for any candidate who vows to "clean up" video games, when there's nothing to clean up at all.
