By the looks of things (and the disagree) some Muppet believes Sony pays retail price for components.
The manufacturer makes the item, it is then sold to a vendor with a profit mark up. The vendor then sells the item to the consumer at an even greater mark up.
If you are buying 10's of millions of units, you won't pay the final mark up and will probably pay less for the initial mark up due to economy of scale.

Apple are the most profitable company in the world. I know MS aren't in the top 5, don't even think they're top 10 (could be wrong but I only read the first few pages (up to number 5).
Moldy, you know the Pro has done a lot more than upgrade the GPU. It has a lot of new tech inside and they have also upped the memory and CPU.
You know all this but still talk crap trying to downplay the Pro.
I won't be buying the Scorpio (I refuse to give money to Microsoft for anything), but I wouldn't be surprised if it launches for $399-$499.

I'm surprised that you aren't interested in the game though, it is a top quality franchise with great gameplay elements.

Rockstar do their own thing, hence no original RDR for PC (despite the complaints and petitions).
If they were doing a switch version, they would have announced it with the other consoles.
But what about the incident that happens the night before the Switch event? Does it still go ahead? My crystal ball isn't as good as yours so I need you to answer these questions.
I doubt it will be ported to Switch though. They don't intend to do a PC port, so I can't see them bothering with Switch.

You can get overwhelmed by aliens at times, but I think that adds to the atmosphere.
If you bring back your dead soldiers, you will get their equipment back, but they will remain dead.
You can always load the previous turn when a soldier dies (although the loading times make this impractical).

You'll be waiting an awfully long time for Rhys 2, the first hasn't even been conceived as of yet.
His low expectations of the game and the low cost of buying it helped him to enjoy it more than he thought he would.

The PS4 doesn't have all games @1080p but it is a 1080p console.
Is the X1 a 720p console because some of its games have shipped in that resolution?
