British Empire here, the one that encompassed a third of the world (including little upstart colonies such as America).
Here we often stop taking afternoon tea and remove our bowler hats to play "Toka Tea Party", then we just go back to practice being evil geniuses (as depicted in Hollywood).
"A long it's and better gameplay will nuff said"
Nuff said indeed.
It could possibly be a "big fish in a small pond" scenario.
A below par game gets a lot more attention on a new system (especially at launch) than it would on an established system.
If Watchdogs launched today, it wouldn't have sold nearly as well.
Yeah I can't believe some people enjoy it so I say that they can't possibly enjoy it and must be lying for damage control reasons. SMH
Yes, because he likes the game it is 'damage control'. This place is so infantile at times (I don't know why I added 'at times').
Driveclub is one of my favourite franchises this gen. I absolutely love the game (apparently that makes me a delusional damage control protagonist).
Some people like it. Liking something others don't doesn't equate to 'damage control'.
@Hellothere
Murry has produced a game, a game he wanted to make.
All the hype was by the community and gaming sites. The game is exactly what I thought it would be, I'm certainly not jumping on this BS hate train.
I did think it was strange that everyone was so hyped for the game. It isn't the type of game that modern gamers want. But for an old sod like me, it is like a futuristic C64/Amiga game (I love the different philosophy they had ...
Medal of Honour was great in its day (too linear for modern tastes though).
They are wired for faster response times.
It isn't "lazy design" at all, it is designed for a specific purpose.
It's not that people can't cope with asymmetrical sticks, just that they don't feel as natural or comfortable.
If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Scuf must be feeling very flattered by Microsoft and the Pro controller.
Personally I want a controller made entirely of aluminium. I'm thinking of taking a ds4 to a local engineering company and see if they can use a CNC machine to produce one.
BTW it is called ...
Skyrim had a number of bugs, but it never crashed when I touched water.
It was a firm favourite of mine despite its issues. How could it possibly have been "broken" if I enjoyed it more than just about every contemporary title?
I played it, I enjoyed it and I finished it. How broken was it?
@JoeDG
That isn't true. Old games on new PC's have loads of issues. If you try and play a 10 y/o game on your PC, there will be problems.
Try running an old DOS game and you will see the worst performance imaginable.
Even new games have issues with certain cards and configurations. Some never get solved.
@ProjectScorpio
Learn to read. The impact of the Pro will be bigger than the impact of the Scorpio.
The Pro is 3 1/2 times more powerful than the X1. That will have a big impact. The Scorpio will be more powerful, but it will make less of an impact because it isn't as big a difference (less than 30% more power than the Pro).
Do you not think that a 350% power increase is more impressive than a 30% power increase?
You downp...
It was terrible, not worth playing. RDR multiplayer was an after thought.
@Sammarshall
"The Pro while more powerful than the PS4 doesn't seem like a big difference in what we've seen thus far"
The difference will be much greater than the difference between the Pro and the Scorpio.
Sony have played their hand perfectly, Scorpio will be forgotten by the time it releases.

PSVR cannot be compared to Kinect, one is a VR solution, the other is 10% of a VR solution (without the exciting part).
Well you people didn't F/off when the X1 was announced as having the weakest specs, so I think you're talking crap.
Plus you'll still have months and months to wait.
Yeah, I haven't ever played mobile games on my TV (it's not like you can hook your smartphone up to a TV screen or anything). /s
