I think we are in for a surprise (just like when XB1 was promised to be a 1080p console and we ended up with 720p-900p on virtually all games).
Because it's the only thing they have over the competition (and the annual 9 month MS drought needs filling).
Good for you, but if you don't like one company's exclusives it would be pretty stupid to buy both consoles.
If you buy mostly 3rd party games there is no reason to own both Xbox and PS4.
If you have a limited budget for gaming there is no reason to own both.
Multiple consoles isn't the best solution for everyone.
I played all the last gen games I wanted to last gen. I don't see it as a big feature as I have zero use for it.
When I had the feature on PS3 I used it once to check that it worked then got on with playing shiney new PS3 games.
I suppose it has more value when you don't get many games for your system released, but still it is kind of a dead feature IMO.

What does that even mean? Poland don't use dollars as currency (it was Zloty when I was there). Do you mean 28 million Zloty? Because that doesn't make it more than $7m (just a different denomination).
Certain things are much cheaper in Poland, but others are more expensive.

But it is always running it's Operating System off a S_L_O_W, cheap HDD.
You can upgrade your PS4's drive and it effects everything including start up time.
To be honest I prefer Sony's solution because the standard drives are poor.
You complain about the price of a new HDD for PS4, but forget that you have to pay for a HDD *and* a caddy for XB1?
Both solutions are flawed, MS has you running off a cheap HDD forever (with an external upgrade), Sony let's you upgrade your internal drive to something much better, but lacks the overall storage and simplicity of an external drive.
Both are compromises, neither is ideal.
Some things aren't system specific,, they are governed by the laws of physics.

If PS4Pro isn't a 4k console (because not ALL games are native 4k), then Xbox One S isn't a 1080p console. They are trying to market a 720p console as 4k.

The original Xbox One was touted as capable of 4k gaming and video (it couldn't do either).
Check out the pre release MS PR quotes if you don't remember them saying it.

The only Xbox ad I've ever really enjoyed was the one that got banned (in the UK at least).
It was called 'life's too short" iirc and had a baby flying out of his Mother's Vag and rapidly aging during flight to finally land in his grave.
It was a cool ad before the complaints put a stop to it.
If they thought it was "impossible" they wouldn't have started working on it later.
The fact that they did shows that they new it was possible, they just didn't want to put the effort into it at first.
Nobody starts work on a project that they think is "impossible". That has nothing to do with getting an education, it's common sense.
