They are really clueless when it comes to tech. Some years ago I bought a DVD +&- writer for my P.C. ( when they were fairly new). My friend went into P.C. World a couple of months later to get one and was told;

It was called 360 because Microsoft thought that if they called it Xbox 2, people would think it was a generation behind PS3 (Microsofts official reasoning). Thats whats so odd about the new console being called Xbox One.

PaRappa the Rapper, my favourite PS1 game!!!! Resident Evil was amazing when it first launched, as was Tomb Raider. With the implementation of 3D graphics, there were whole new game genres being introduced regularly.
I don't think we'll see another generation thats truly as innovative as the PS1 days.
Oh and Jumping Flash needs a next gen reboot, fantastic game.
