Did you know that you can easily cure any illness by shoving a tablespoon of cinnamon up your butt? It works, trust me! I'm on teh internetz after all!
He won't, Mark Hamill said a few years back that he will not be playing as the Joker. If I remember right, he also stated that his vocal cords have actually become damaged from using the Joker voice for so long.
Also, Joker is DEAD after Arkham City. This was confirmed in Harley's Revenge and then again by Rocksteady themselves. Let's have some other villains shine for once, we have enough Joker tales to last us forever and there are obviously more to come.
Or a Xenomorph
Maybe nobody would complain about Destiny's story (or lack of one) had it not been advertised to have this intricate and fully fleshed out story, only to be met with "I have plans for you" and "I could tell you what happened, but I won't" being the only two things this game does in terms of narrative.
If something can make a company money or make it easier for them to do something, even if it is at the expense of their consumer, you can always bet it will become a trend. That's how it is and will be in the gaming industry, since most gamers would rather say "well, that's the norm now" and defend anti-consumer practices than actually fight for quality products that are complete on release day rather than months or a year down the line.
Not probably, definitely. It's why they began taking in tablets and phones, and why they're partnering up with Cricket to sell cell phone plans. They demand employees not to not to mention the free rewards card, only the $15 one. They demand for the credit card to be pushed when it has literally no benefits for the consumer beyond being a credit card.
They're not running scared, they're going full sprint and hauling ass; trying to get as much money as they can...
To be fair, the shrimp thing makes sense. Back then, there was no system of disposing human waste beyond "dump it in the river". Hell, even our own Washington DC had an issue with people doing that and polluting the river that ran through it... which caused a plague in the city. That said, I agree 100% lol.
@Dan
If you release something to make money and can't take criticism, your feelings then become irrelevant. Criticism is a part of business; embracing and accepting it will result in business improving. Ignore and shun it, and you will fail.
That kind of falls under the "idiot" category, though.
It's more of the same, but is much less of it. It feels more like an expansion pack than an actual standalone title.
He is making money off his work, not off Nintendo's work. A review of a Nintendo game will be claimed by Nintendo, for example. By your logic, that review is Nintendo's review of their own product and not Angry Joe's review of a Nintendo product... Which makes no logical sense on your part at all.
He won't get a lawsuit because he's never uploaded a video that breaches copyright or warrants a lawsuit. He's been doing this for the better part of the past decade, he wouldn't have been able to do that if he didn't know his rights or the company's rights. I would say the same thing about Jesse Cox, Totalbiscuit, Pewdiepie, and many other YouTube personalities.
You can take parts of the movie to explain what you're commenting on in a review. As for music, search for music on Youtube and you'll find every song you want. All of it falls under fair use. Sorry, but a review video is not breaking copyright laws in any way.
It looks more like he's mentally exhausted and is simply worn out from yelling about poor business practices only to be crapped on for pointing them out.
Not so easy depending on who is publishing it. There are countless instances of publishers meddling in the developmental process and this often hurts the final product. This happens just as often as developer incompetence, maybe even more.
The shots The Order is taking are justified. It is subject to criticism like any game, or movie in this case, is. You also don't need to make a game yourself to be able to say what is bad about a game, so please don't make fallacious statements like that.
They should troll everyone and announce Sailor Moon characters.
Batman originally didnt have a no kill policy. That was actually only started when the comic industry began being viewed as a kids thing. Similar to how the gaming industry is being looked at by some. The TMNT were also very brutal as well. So both sides technically have a point.
Adam Levine actually came out and asked people to stop using Elizabeth. Meanwhile the makers of DOA simply left it at "please behave, internet" lol.
Every game sounds better with surround sound headsets, not just Bloodborne.
