Can't get in anything that uses railroad tracks without saying "all aboard":p
Didn't look scary at all.
As long as idiot gamers are willing spend 100s dollars for games day one, no.
AAA costs are rising, and to cover that, the titles are made to reach the largest audience possible. The audience expects more from a sequel and costs rise again, and so on. If the sequel doesn't score high enough its tossed out.
In my opinion there is a lot of money wasted on AAA titles. I am fine with less "bling" and more game, which can easily be done with smaller bud...
"We’re also introducing a new dispute resolution process that will benefit you and Valve. Recently, a number of companies have created similar provisions which have generated lots of discussion from customers and communities, and we’ve been following these discussions closely. On Steam, whenever a customer is unhappy with any transaction, our first goal is to resolve things as quickly as possible through the normal customer support process. However in those instances in which we can’t ...
No, if you are wronged by Valve you CAN sue them. What they are preventing you from doing is joining a class suit. Which will hold up in court.
Individual lawsuits are NOT against the EULA.
The title of the article is very misleading.
You can still sue Valve, you just can't be part of a class action lawsuit.
Did anybody actually read what the article said?
What are you talking about? Have you played Oblivion, Skyrim, or Fallout 3?
Okay, I have see this over and over again, and it bugs the crap out of me. Not the "liking the ending part" but "liking the or. ending because of Indoc theory". Indoc theory was fan made, BioWare had nothing to do with it.
Indoctrination theory exists solely because the ending lacked any coherent thought to begin with. Liking Indoc theory shouldn't give BioWare a pass on making an idiotic ending in the first place. I don't dislike the theory in an...
Well it takes place around Chernobyl, where a secret stuff was being done that caused the accident. The area around the reactor is the "zone". Stalkers are basically loners that roam the zone looking for artifacts. There are a couple factions that that are fighting in and around the zone. One wants to stop the zone from expanding, one wants to protect it because its their home of sorts, and the others want to study or loot artifacts.
That is the (very)basic rundown ...
Well, across the pond PC gaming is still taken seriously so I think little will change for the PC version.
Truth be told, I'll take a buggy Fallout NV over any COD a hundred times over.
I don't see that happening. If they have BF4 they want BF3 to die off. Mods extend the life of games. EA wants people to buy BF4, not be content with BF3.
Someone is a little late to the party.
Hey, I like risky, new IPs just like the next person, but its a pretty bold assumption that Watch Dogs will be successful.
Now instead of reading about the never ending walking and camping and walking and camping, we can do it ourselves:P
Yes it was the last one. They "might" do a prequel or something but I doubt it.
Giving you an agree, because I agree with 90% of what you said.
Mass Effect's "issues" were objectively bad, which is why Bioware fixed it. Like the continuity errors in the last ME novel had to be fixed. These may not have been unintended errors, like glitches, but when your audience goes "huh?" a mistake was made.
Gaming should be like sports. Where everyone is kind and supportive of each other. Where disagreements are handled with a respectful attitude and never get out of control. Where...wait...oh right.
When passion is involved things get heated, gaming isn't the only culprit here.
Creativity is taking a backseat to business in an industry that has by far the dumbest consumers on the planet. That is what is hurting the games industry.
Regardless which was in development first, I suspect that the marketing for War Z is trying to piggy back on the success of Day Z. Let me be clear, I am not saying War Z is copying Day Z. I am saying they are very different games and the War Z people are using the success of Day Z to promote their game. Which is totally fine.
War Z looks like a zombie mmo. Day Z is a survival sim that happens to have zombies(infected) in it. They may share some similarities like not having qu...
That's not 6 cylinder.
Im guessing a Veyron.
Once upon a time games were FAR less complex and had a much smaller user base.
While I think "catastrophe" is a bit strong, I believe there are valid concerns. What worries me is MS trying to turn the PC into its 2nd console. GFWL was a small step in that direction, but it failed. They may not try to lockdown the PC but I am concerned they might try it.
