The one called "Hardcore Risette Fan"? Apparently I missed that one during my first playthrough as well. I didn't want to spoil anything for myself so I tried to avoid any info on how trophies like that one worked (in case there was a specific part in the story that it pertained to), but I probably should have read up in this case. It's a lengthy and easily missed one though, because you really have to spend a lot of time having her analyze every creature for strengths &...

I can't express in words how amazing and excited that trailer made me feel. I truly do hope that this and Ishin get some release plans after Yakuza 5 launches here. I also hope that Yakuza 5's sales are strong enough to really show a renewed interest in the series in NA and EU regions.

The Yakuza (or Ryu Ga Gotoku) series quickly and easily became my favorite game series, and I desperately want them to continue being localized. They have influenced me from all creativ...

The original Toukiden was a "Monster Hunter style" 4-player co-op action-RPG which came out only on the Vita and PSP (2013 in Japan, 2014 in NA/EU regions). Toukiden Kiwami is like the "definitive edition", which features the original game, plus two new characters, a vastly expanded story that goes far beyond the original, double the number of demons to fight, many more weapons, tons of new moves, and a lot more. Also, according to this news the game will be on the PS4 as ...

Well said man. It's great to see fellow Yakuza enthusiasts commenting on here. I'm so stoked for Yakuza 5, I can't wait to finally get my hands on with it. That might end up being the last PS3 title I purchase. I'm a little disappointed that it's digital only, but if that's going to be the only means for them to get it released outside of Japan then I am perfectly fine with that.

On the note of other localizations, I really hope they bring Ishin over....

I had a group watching the stream that broke out yelling excited when Gio announced this. This was an amazing show, but that pushed it over the top for me. I really hope that Sega lets them continue this trend to bring over Yakuza: Ishin and Zero as well. So awesome! For me, this was better than E3 and Gamescom.

A group of games journalists from a myriad of sites were exposed as having sexual relations with a game developer, who in turn provided coverage for her game, and pushed her agenda in many articles. This was essentially the breaking point for many people, as it had been a blatant showing of corruption within the game journalism industry. In response, instead of condemning these actions, the websites that these people worked for (Kotaku and Polygon are two of the key ones here) ended up condem...

Actually, one of the best ways to farm Relic Iron is in that first area on Mars. Right from where you spawn in, you begin moving in a clockwise direction hugging the wall and entering each cave along the way. Every cave has a chance to contain a chest which can give one or two relic iron, as well as the possibility of some green uncommon items. There's also plenty of random relic ore deposits that spawn as you drive around.

You should be able to hit 4 caves if you just t...

As a tremendous fan of the original Binding of Isaac, I'd say they did a decent job with the remake. I don't know if you had the chance to play the original and its DLC, but the game was incredible, albeit limited due to everything being coded through Flash. As a result, the game had no controller support and didn't run anywhere near as smooth as this remake does. Having the 60 FPS really makes this worthwhile, and overall it seems to be pretty consistent. Not to mention that ther...

I'm with you there. My friends and I bought a couple of 4-packs pre-ordered through GreenManGaming when there was a 30% discount voucher. We're all old fans of Gauntlet and started playing with the originals back 20 something years ago on NES and arcades. We were even bigger fans of Gauntlet Legends and Dark Legacy, and played each of them do death. But like you said, Seven Sorrows is universally loathed between us. Given the absence of any Gauntlet titles since then, we're really...

Actually if you check on Steam, despite it looking like the game just released, it actually isn't releasing until November 4th on there. That's just the pre-order page. So I'd guess that if this info is correct, it'll be launching on both PS4 and Steam right around the same time-frame.

On this note of it being free with Plus, that is awesome! I have 150+ hours on the original game on Steam. For those who haven't played it, I can only tell you that I've...

Awesome! Glad I could be of some help. And I definitely know what you mean. Both handhelds have a great lineup of varied games. Some of them are really unique and make both of the systems worth owning. Even though the Vita doesn't have a huge lineup of games, I'd say that so far most of the offerings tend to be pretty good (with a few exceptions like the Call of Duty title).

My personal favorites on the Vita so far have been Persona 4: Golden, Y's: Memories of Ce...

Hey there, I've played a decent amount of Dungeon Hunter: Alliance on PS3, and I have a bit of input on the game. Originally, Dungeon Hunter: Alliance was a PS3 PSN title priced at about $13, or somewhere thereabout. At that price and given the content, it was very worthwhile and overall the game was pretty fun if you like top-down dungeon crawlers. Imagine a scaled down version of Diablo. The PS3 version has local and online co-op, smooth framerate, and generally is a good gameplay exper...

Actually, there's a legitimate amount of proof and information that all this doxxing and "hacking" was spoofed by Zoe and now Phil.

Check this out, as was posted in the comments section of the article about this specific one: http://i.imgur.com/E3o94Se....

Now, a bit of this info here is off, as Cloudflare is CDN, sort of a middle-man between the hosting service and the public, but ...

I still have my original copy in its jewel case, and this game was a wonderful experience. To anyone who even remotely enjoys adventure games (specifically "point and click" style, like most of Tell Tale's games), I would recommend this as a top priority to check out. I'm very interested to see the changes and improvements for the remaster, and almost assuredly this will be a day-one purchase for me.

Now once this is out the door, maybe we could get a Psycho...

Thanks for the reply, but yeah that's about as much as I discerned as well. It certainly will be interesting to see how those glitched levels work out. I'm really glad to see that there's so many levels of depth to the game now, and seeing things like the tennis game really makes me interested in what kind of games and levels we will see. Although that being said, I personally would have loved a full-on 3 dimensional LBP. Maybe the next one will, or perhaps Media Molecule's ne...

I'm really looking forward to this, but there is something I'd like to find out. I know they said that all of the created levels will be brought over from LBP1 and 2, but does anyone know if that will be the case for all of our previously unlocked materials/stickers/costumes, our created content, and/or any purchased DLC? I could see the PS3 version transferring fine since all the data from the prior games is still locally stored, but I'd imagine the PS4 version might be more diff...

Based on personal experience, I'd have to recommend the XL line that BenQ makes over most of the other gaming monitors. It's more pricey than these (starting around $350) but the amount of features you get with them is second to none. To give you a general idea... 120hz refresh rate, 3D support, 1ms response time, 2 HDMI inputs, a physical switch box for controlling quick changes to the picture and changing presets on the fly, a strong quality stand that allows you to freely rotate th...

The thing is, a lot of the graphic mods can be run smoothly and easily on any mid-range card. But what these screens are showing off has more to do with an ENB being active, and certain Skyrim.ini/skyrimpref.ini file attributes being changed. And the thing about this that many people will neglect to mention, is that in order to use a lot of those really nice effects which make the screens so pretty, you basically end up running the game at unplayable framerates, even with something like a GTX...

Despite this being my favorite series, I'm not blind to Sega's problems with selling the game. Their real selling problems with the Yakuza series comes from several issues within Sega.

Number one, they choose infamously bad release dates. Yakuza 2 launched in NA on the PS2 almost 2 full years after it had been out in Japan, and by that point (late 2008) the PS3 was already on the market for two years. Then they launched Yakuza 3 on the same day as Final Fantasy XIII, ...

@Inception, definitely agree on all points. I loved Dragon's Crown. And I couldn't believe how much support they provided for that game. I mean, they're on patch like 5 or 6, and each of them added big changes and more content. You have to applaud companies in our industry that really do value the product and consumer feedback enough to make those kinds of efforts, especially considering that they aren't asking for more money to get them. And those changes were worthy of being...
