MS screwed up. That's it. Well done Sony! (From somone that owned a 360 and PS3 and liked 360 waaay more)
Let's see people fight with reality. 3, 2, 1 go!
Yes but...
Yes; F4. People need to Google this track. GT is not even close. And I'm a Sony guy.
Come on guys; Forsa looks like the real thing. Find ANY YouTube video of this track. GT looks like a cartoon. Granted, better resolution looks crisper but who cares if the tracks look fake? This is a famous track!!! Not a MS fanboy; I've got a PS4 and love it. It's OK to say something looks better on another console. Well played Forza.
When 360 launched you couldn't find the system for almost 6 months. MS learned. I own a PS4, but all those XB1 are selling. Every time Amazon lists XB1s they run out of them. Not having systems in stock just prior to Christmas hurts Sony even if they fly of the shelves. Why? Selling out of stock in 1 second if you stock 2 units is not better than having 12 XB1 that sell in 24 hours. This simply gives MS time to catch up.

Ok, Last gen I owned 360 and PS3. 360 was better but I was always reading excuses blaming bad developers, etc on Sony's side. Yes's,Uncharted and GoW looked awesome. But 95% of all games looked better, had better framerates or resolution on 360. Yet, Sony fans always had an argument to make. Now, when PS4 clearly has better graphics you dismiss the same arguments you made in defense of PS3. Be honest; most won't tell the difference between One and PS4. X1 looks as good at lower fr...
The console market is way bigger and AMD developed chips for 360, WiiU, X1 and PS4. Nvidia lost Sony. Not bad for AMD in my humble opinion!
As a 360/PS3 owner who would pick 360 any day over PS3 I must say; I already pre-ordered my PS4 and don't plan to get the One. I could have overlooked the inferior GPU if the price point was lower than PS4. It seems like MS doesn't want to lose money on hardware (same thing Nintendo is doing) like console manufactures do on the first year. Basically, their going with SONY's approach for PS3. The difference is that, even with a shaky start, SONY sells worldwide. MS sells in the US ...
Everyone wants better games (which cost more to make) at the same price. Gamestop gives you $10 bucks for a game they'll sell at almost the price of the new one. You can't sell "used" iPhone/iPad or downloaded games. As I see it, either developers and hardware manufactures make the money or Gamestop. This is a fake controversy that benefits Gamestop. How many used games are you selling to your buddies directly?
ipad, iphone, android devices, and even TIVOs are always on. I think you may be missing the big picture if you think this is an issue. As an owner of both 360 and PS3, I say let MS do its thing and SONY do its thing.
I'm pretty sure Frostbite and Cry Engine have nothing to worry about.
PS4 won't outperform gaming PCs from 2 years ago. Non-gaming PCs; sure. So will MS' box.
The PS4 and 720 GPUs don't have the power to feel next gen (on visuals). At this level, you'll see higher frame rates and resolution but that's pretty much it. Even with the optimization of consoles (a benefit), I doubt these games will look better than on a mid-range PC GPU.
Stop pretending. You wanted to see the console. This was a waste of time for us. Probably a maneuver to raise stocks. Everyone wanted to see the console. Don't kid yourselves.
There might be some truth to Xbox June release. I was wondering why Sony would talk PS4 in Feb. If they wait till E3, and MS indeed reveals and makes 720 available, Sony loses the show. E3 is for the US consumer, and the US consumer likes Xbox. If people start thinking of PS4 in Feb, maybe they'll wait. What I think will happen is that the 720 will launch this Fall in the US, and PS4 Japan (with US delayed till 2014). We'll see.
I wonder why they would reveal it so early. They're only helping MS and hurting PS3 sales.
They'll say it will launch this year (to neutralize people thinking of Xbox), and then delay until next year.
Loved 360; got a PS4. Only hope for MS is dropping the price to $50 below Sony (no Kinect) around the release of Titanfall or Halo. Halo may be too far away. And I'm just talking US. I think Sony already won everywhere else.
