That's a silly thing to say. Do you think XBox games will have better gameplay every time the resolution isn't up to snuff? Are you saying every 1080p or 60fps game is going to have bad gameplay. Mechanics have nothing to do with the price/performance of the XBox One. It's a red herring.

I think it's both actually, and both probably well deserved.
This is exactly what I said about Phil Spencer a week or two again(think I may have lost a bubble to that comment actually). If XBox execs have any brains, they'll give Phil as much autonomy as possible, and not interfere, ever.

I was looking forward to this, but this looks like a lazy port. Also, way to go spoiling the giraffe moment in the trailer. They shouldn't have bothered releasing this without really remastering it, and I bet it's going to be full priced, too. This is what I'd expect PS3 emulation to look like when it eventually comes to ps4.

Even if they could get the framerate to 60, I'd rather they sacrifice some of that fps and make the graphics even prettier than they've already gotten em.
look up the brigade engine on youtube. it's the only game engine solution I've ever seen. They're getting very close. It's already smooth and real time, but it has a graininess that will eventually be corrected by optimizations and faster gpus. It's pretty mind blowing if you haven't seen it yet
Oh please let them really update the textures and models as well. One of my favorite games ever.
