@Darkwatchman
I partly agree with you but you're not necessarily right. You see it as separating, but it's more promoting. You can't just expect things to change by themselves, you have to complain first - hence gay prides. A large group of the population still views homosexuality as wrong and unnatural and that needs to be changed by raising awareness that the problem exist. A similar example - the recent ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. It comes down to the same thing,...
There's a limit of stupid comments I can stand a day and this is overkill.
Nah I don't like the idea of pushing people to fit a certain agenda. People differ in tastes, one likes rainbows in games, another one likes blood on walls in games. So why would you cater to only the first one and neglect the second one. Sure each developer makes a game as he wants but forcing them to censor their games is a really bad move imo. You can't just go like 'I have this idea on what humans should like and if you don't agree fuck you'. Let people enjoy what they...
So what? What's wrong with games inspired by real life events? Honestly, I don't get people. For example 9/11 - of course I am sorry for the people who died and felt sad when it happened, but people going crazy about movies/games depicting crashing buildings years after the event, that's just ridiculous.
I personally am getting bored by the hero save the world/hero save the chick concept. 90% of games are like that. Diversity is never a bad thing and I actually always wanted to play as the bad guy as well. I don't know much about Hatred, but being a bad gay in a story exploring the psychological background sounds neat to me.
The name killed it. I actually liked the movie quite much, it was something different and somewhat refreshing back then. I guess many people, when they heard Final Fantasy, expected swords, fights, summons and stuff like that, things the games were known for. The only connection I see was the whole Gaia idea, similar to FFVII and Cid.
They should have named it just Spirits Within, or The Last Spirit or something like that. I believe the title is what caused the hate.
Based on gameplay this is the best JRPG i have played so far. It's immersive, the battle system is deep, the design is amazing, the characters are likable. But the story, while still interesting with all that murder thingy going on, felt a little bit weak after P3's awesome story.
Mine too. I wish they would still release the games on PS too :/
Back in the days I was so scared and I remember not having a memory card, so I would start the game over and over again, each time coming just a tiny bit further and when I got a new mem.card I already knew the first half of the game and had the courage to play it till the end -.-
xD
11 and 14 are mmos. And if you would lay away your ignorance and do some research, a lot, and I mean a lot find 10 to be the best. There's a huge group who love 12 the most. Just cause you prefer one style, you don't have to project your preferences onto others.
No you can't.
'xcept this isn't Kingdom Hearts. KH stayed true to it's franchise. I don't get why you compare it to Crisis Core either, Crisis Core was centered around Zack and only had a one-man party from the beginning.
XII had gambits, but you could change between characters still. XIII had paradigms, but you could still choose who's gonna be the party leader.
If you set gambits for the others as you do for Noct, I don't see what's so difficult. If t...

The level of common sense in this post is too damn high!!
Well said, bubble for you.
It's easy to see the difference in games. Watching movies in 48fps like allsystemgamer said is pretty much pointless.
It's true that the human eye can't handle 60 fps. In movies, everything that happens is recorded to happen, it's predefined (sorry, lack of english vocab lol). You notice lower frames in games cause it is tied to lagging in commands you input. It's the interactive nature of games that demands a higher fps count. So yeah, unless it's lo...
Tabata-saaaan, y u no let switch characters?!
Seriously, since he confirmed it won't be possible my hype dropped again.
And I don't like the flying sword things attacking enemies. It's not needed really and it looks just like a copy of Vergil's swords from dmc. Stay true to your ideas.
Naah it's not like that. U seem to use something like gambits, and you gotta set them up for Noctis as well as for the others. If gambits can control the others while you play Noct just fine, why wouldn't it be the other way round too. I just don't get their reason to take away this option.
An rpg with a huuuge open world where you use anything possible to travel, animals, machines, by foot etc. A separate job and weapon system - the weapon the character is trained in determines the possible job (e.g.arrow&bow -> hunter)and every job comes with special perks/skills. The battle system would be action based, where timing is the key. You have to watch the movements of your character and input comands at the right time for them to flow into another, else your character acts c...
@amubher
True, didn't know that. Apparently he just left in September '14. Bubble vote for you!
I agree that the dev time was taking too long under Nomura, but I don't agree with your perspective. Let a dreamer dream his dream, it's a new world that's being created with much dedication. They could have given Tabata the chance to make a FFXV, but they didn't have to take Nomura's world and idea away from him and allow someone else to change it.
